They were short staffed during busy holiday season. I waited in line for 10mins to be told they were going to close and could not help me.

The barista Diamond at least that’s the name she gave me is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I come here very often and spend hundreds of dollars at Starbucks. This is the second time I’ve asked her a question and she rolls her eyes and turns around to sarcastically ask her coworkers what I asked her. This is beyond unacceptable and management should really look into this. If you don’t like people asking you questions about your job maybe this is not the type of career or job for you.

Would rate zero if possible. I have zero tolerance for businesses that discriminate customers. My wife visited this store today and was discriminated by the young blonde server who couldn't understand my wife's name due to her accent and instead of demonstrating good care with a customer, the server laughed out loud making fun of the name she'd misheard...unacceptable customer care which impacted my wife's day for absolute no reason. People like that does not deserve to be on customer facing roles! We reported this issue through Starbucks customer service and will soon escalate to BBB.Avoid this place!

Tamara (I don't remember the name), gave me the worst customer service. She was so rude. She never said "Hi", she was talking with her friends who were at a table. 2 groups of customers behind me grabbed her drinks before me and my daughter. She never apologized. When she called me, she looked at me upset and pushed the drinks to the counter. Only because I was with my daughter, I didn't cancel the order.

Blender was down they couldn't make a frappuccino, was having bad day got upset and when I left the area my cart accidentally knocked down a sign and I was embarrassed so I kept going. Felt guilty went back to apologize and explain and they were very receptive to my apology and made a great vanilla iced latte

You guys rock. You make us so happy everyday that we come through here. We have been to many even around these parts. Y'all keep up the great work. Thank you so much for the smile on my face that I get when I take my first sip. I've never been passionate about Starbucks till recent.

Staff at this location go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. This store should be the example to other locations for sure. They are amazing. Drinks are always yummy and smiles are always on faces. If you want a perfect coffee w a side of positivity, this is ur store!!! Even though a corporation, feels like a small time coffee shop atmospherethanks to everyone at this location for the extra sunshine.

Employee insisted that bc this Starbucks kiosk owned by ‘target’ that an americano is now charged for nondairy milk (though less than two ounces). Employee argued and additionally used lukewarm water not priming the hot water tap and using excessive milk making the americano (also arguing a tall gets one shot)(it’s an americano not a latte). All in front of other customers. Starbucks kiosks inside of malls grocery stores and retail stores still must craft Starbucks beverages to standard bc target does not invent the way drink recipes are. Otherwise it would be a target coffee kiosk and not a target serving Starbucks coffee. Either way frustrated in that spent money. And that an employee argues not even knowing the recipe. Charging a beverage 3-4 dollar range over 6$

It would be nice if I didn't get attitude when asking them to correct a drink order.
