So far, so good! I called storage direct after my rent increased exponentially at a competitor site. The logo representative I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful, and explained how the promos work and when an increase could be expected. I have not been to the facility yet, but this level of customer service is surely appreciated.

The site manager Lexi was very kind and accommodating. On multiple occasions she helped change our gate code, updating billing information and even brought cold water to our unit while we were working in the heat. Great storage facility. Would recommend to anyone considering renting.

Storage Direct Cedar Park has been great to work with. The prices are in line with the other storage companies in the area. The customer service is outstanding. I can recommend them highly.

Facility is well maintained and we feel secure storing our personal property with this company.
However it would be beneficial, to those of us who are existing customers too, to have more affordable lease options rather than the month to month which has periodic rate increases.
Representatives are friendly and conscientious.
