I have been going to Paradise Nail Salon for 2 yrs and I am very satisfied with the experience. It was a bit more pricey than the previous business I went to for 15 yrs but the end results are way worth it and it's all thanks to Tracy. She is an amazing stylist and my nails are perfect when I leave.
Stylist: Tracy is the best stylist I've ever had. I show her a picture of how I want my nails to look and she gets it perfectly. I'm always wanting designs on my nails (sometimes a different one on each finger) and she never minds the challenge. In fact I think she loves it. ? I don't mind the time it takes when my requests are very detailed because she is so good at what she does it's well worth my time. She seems to want it done perfectly and isn't happy until it is. Thank you Tracy!! You are awesome. See you next month ?

I had one of the best pedicures I’ve had since I moved to Austin today. Bill was incredibly thorough and gave the best foot and leg massage I’ve had with a pedicure ever. Five star service!

Terrible customer service and poor quality. I chose a color from their gel polish basket. There was no indication that the gel was different from the rest, however after they put on the first coat, they said they were charging me extra because "it looks like chrome". It's not chrome, there was no chrome powder involved and no extra effort required beyond standard gel. I told them it was ridiculous to add on fees mid-session because the polish was shiny. They were so caught up in the $10 that the customer service went out the window. I was cut multiple times, and scratched during the foot massage. They ended up not charging the extra $10, but I left upset with poorly done nails and stinging nail beds. The attempt to add extra fees was irritating, but I was mainly upset in the quality and customer service given I was already paying about $180 before tax.

Made an appointment for a pedicure and gel x fullset. Didn’t make it to the pedicure because the gel x was so bad. Im not the one to talk during a service but when the technician sat down, he didn’t even say anything. I ended up speaking to break the awkwardness.
I was not given a manicure or cuticle maintenance nor did he ask me what shape or length I wanted. I discussed my color (bubble bath) in front of him with another staff member but he never bothered confirming and ended up giving me the wrong color until I asked him if it was bubble bath which he bluntly responded “no”.
It was so bad, I had to ask if they recently started offering the service because he was skipping so many steps. He did not seal my cuticles with the efile, use primer/dehydrator nor did he properly cure until asked. I asked for tapered square short/medium nails and I ended up with almond short nails in an entirely different color which was basically clear not even a shade of pink. I asked for square but he used stiletto shaped nails and when I ask him about it, he said it would be fine once he cut them down.
All in all, I was so frustrated with the gel x service I decided to forgo the pedicure to save myself further frustration. Overall very uncomfortable and annoying experience. For the amount of money, we should not have to deal with this.
When asked about my service experience the lady checking me out discounted $5 off of my bill even though I left with a different color and shape than I asked for. I did not go looking for any type of discount and would have gladly paid full price but the experience was subpar. Would not recommend for gel x. Cost was $85 including discount no design. Will not be back.

Been getting my nails done for 30 years now Paradise Nails is by far the best place to go!! I don’t have to worry about my nails, lifting or breaking!! My all-time favorite technician is Phan AKA Fantastic!!

I came on a Wednesday morning and was able to get in immediately. I'm pregnant so everyone was very kind and accommodating- offered me pillow, water, etc. I decided to get the "quickie" pedicure and it was very relaxing and I received a much needed massage. I highly recommend!
