Customer service was top notch. I’m visiting from Oklahoma and needed a screen protector. Cassandra ( hope I spelled her name correctly) helped me and did a great job.

Worst t mobil have ever been. I bought a 4 phones over years before all the staff members was nice and polite but no!! Not this days. Try to get a warranty trade in because my Samsung z flip was not working properly but they some how try to get around not to do it with a act of rudeness. Had to go to different location to solve my issues. They were not like that before but I dont know what happened this days. I highly recommend not to go here.

Canceled home internet in middle of monthly data. Prorated bill seemed high so I asked for itemized bill. While waiting for bill to arrive, they turned me in into a collection agency. Not cool.

Waited almost 2 hours on a 40 minute wait. They don’t have the inventory after wait they said they had when I called right before going there. Manager comes out and said, not only do they not have it but they can’t order it. She offered an apology, that really sounded like…. sucks to be you. Customer service in t mobile has deteriorated over the past few years.

Had the decency to call be 2 and a half hours before they close to see if they can help me setup my new iPhone 15. Told me it’s too late and to come another day, the employee sounded really uninterested with helping me. It doesn’t take that long to setup a new phone and would really prefer a professional to assist me in person. Glad I called before because I won’t be coming here for service

Staff got a sim card replaced quickly, but were unfamiliar with the reset procedure that's needed after international roaming (for some unknown reason - many unanswered posts on T-Mobile forums on this), pretended to know more than me about the issue instead of listening to my experience, and told me resetting my phone configuration was the only way to fix it even though I told them it was not necessary last time and would be inconvenient to me to have to re-register many different WAP credentials. I ended up walking out in frustration and solved the problem myself at home with a combination of online support resources and trial and error. First visit to this location and not impressed compared to the Crystal Falls location.

Stopping by this store is a waste of time. Trying to get pricing for a new plan they just tell you to call in as if you are bothering them. There is no pricing on the T-Mobile website, and you must do everything by phone. I prefer in person service, or at least online where I can see what I am signing up for. Thumbs down for T-Mobile

T-Mobile has the dumbest of procedures when it comes to new accounts. It's almost like they don't want new customers. For example, let's say you dropped your phone in the lake. It was your primary and only phone. Now you need a new phone, you go to T-mobile to buy a new phone. They run a credit check. But their own policy requires that they have to call the number listed on your credit report. Which is now in the bottom of the lake.If you don't pick up that number, they won't approve your credit, and won't sell you your phone.Even if you show Valid state ID, its not enough. They have created a circular dependency trap for you, where you can't get a new phone when you need it the MOST!!!T-Mobile, Are you dumb?To make things worse, the associate that I got, refused to help in any way. I asked if there is a supervisor I can speak to, he said there is none. If this is the level of salespeople who work at this store, I hope they close down or fire everyone there and hire some competent people.

After having initial issues, Kingsley (the stores manager) called me personally to help sort things out.I appreciate the prompt response and the efforts made.
