I was contacted the night before my morning appointment, and told they ran my insurance that day (appt made 3 days before), and even though they had told me my insurance was in network, it wasn't. Self pay would be nearly triple the cost. I asked if they would do the right thing and see me as a self pay - 1 time - and charge me what my copay would have been with insurance. They said No. The young lady then got (a little) snooty and said that verifying my insurance was a customer service and not their responsibility (I had verified *with them* in advance). I reminded them that I am in pain, and if I had canceled my appt less than 24 hours in advance, I would have been charged a fee. I again asked if they would do the right thing. No. I was a previous patient at a different location and had a great experience. That Dr has moved on. Perhaps I now have a window into why. I called a competitor and will be seen immediately. I do not recommend this location. I teach customer service, and would be making a replacement if I were contracted there (I won't name the young lady).

What a fabulous team to have on your side! I initially chose Texas PTS a couple of years ago because the location was super convenient, but they are now my go-to experts when aging body parts start acting up again! Dr. Jennille is a compassionate listener with a great sense of humor who patiently (but persistently!) presses and supports me in achieving my goals. Right now, that means helping me prepare for hiking and biking in Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons (instead of offering me the orthopedic doctor's choice of knee replacement or nothing). The entire staff at Texas PTS Cedar Park is friendly and professional, consistently working together as a team for their clients' success ... Love them!

Yeah don't go here. Unless you want a surprise $45 fee sent through the mail. Seriously? $30 copay for a consultation, and then another $45 bill in the mail they don't tell you about? Better check your mail too because they don't call or email or text about it either. Scummy place, pick a different company.

I recovered from neck and shoulder pain in weeks. I was also having other medical issue e.g. borderline pre-diabetes. The doctors and technicians were awesome and helpful. Once I discovered about my pre-diabetes condition from my physician and started my medication, they adapted my program/training according to my health conditions. They transferred me to a more sports therapy kind of training. I was so thankful for both doctors. One drawback I have to share..when I was still sick not knowing I had pre-diabetes and I went there with shaking hands, weak muscles, and mind fog, one small built blonde technician was upset that I couldn't react to her instruction in a timely manner she blurted out loudly "English!" after I slipped my mind and didn't grasp what she said.As a 1st generation Asian American, I just can't help feeling abused. She treated others and treated me on other days just fine. One off ..but it was quite obvious and unforgiven. Four stars because it is still a great place.

I got serious injury on my shoulder last year and after surgery on April, I started going to Texas Physical Therapy after almost a year of PT with a different local PT clinic. After coming here and having Dr. Caro-Mata as my physical therapist for the last few months, I can say he did more to help me get better mobility and strength back than almost a year with the other place. Dr. Caro-Mata is fantastic and attentive. The whole team here is amazing and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for a good PT. I had my final session here today and am extremely grateful for the care I’ve received.

Everyone here is incredibly kind and encouraging- you feel like there's no stupid questions. The staff remember you and make an effort to check up on you the entire time you're there, so you never feel sidelined or forgotten. As someone with serious anxiety, this is important to me!I never write reviews but I seriously love this place so much, I felt compelled.

Was denied care without a warning! I was unable to do consistent sessions due to travel and work load. I was told abruptly that the claims can't get through insurance since I didn't do 10 sessions/month on the last visit. I was never told that was a criteria to meet insurance to accept the claims! Not an email or a phone call to inform that this was the case. The therapist and assistants were good with the diagnosis and treatment but doesn't mean that you cut off a patient in need without warning!

I have been going to Texas Physical Therapy Specialists for different reasons - back, knee- over the last several years. They have always been great. Recently, I was diagnosed with early stage Parkinson's which creates many balance issues. Dr. Jarrod Spencer and staff have been working with me on how to mitigate my balance and fall issues. The workouts they put me through are amazing. Dr. Spencer tailors the exercises to my main sport of Basketball. I come out of there challenged (and sweating!). I have developed the ability to adjust my gait and posture if I begin to lose my balance. Overall I am much better prepared to face some of the physical challenges ahead of me. Hopefully I will be working with Dr Spencer and the crew for the foreseeable future as physical therapy is invaluable to fight balance issues with PD. I cannot speak highly enough of TPTS. I recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care. Thank you

After my first knee surgery (fix Meniscus} I lost faith in the PT I was using and decided I also wanted one closer to my home. after my recent full knee replacement, I tried Texas Physical and was glad i did. I really like the hands-on of all the doctors and employees. if i was finished with an exercise and the person helping me was busy with someone else, a new person would step in to start me on my next exercise so i was never left waiting. The only thing I wish I had had them help me with was something I didn't think of until my last therapy was over. At 72, i have trouble getting up from the floor. So, i may be calling them for help again.

Jarrod Spencer at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists is the best PT I have ever worked with. He is hands on and always looking for ways to help improve the patients situation . His bedside manner is excellent and you can tell he really cares about you as person and wants to help you get better. He absolutely helped me get better results with a very challenging knee issue

I have been so impressed with the care I have received! They genuinely care about your health and healing. Everyone has been incredible! I've worked closely with three wonderful ladies, Janille, Ann, and Emily. I am so thankful for their kindness, intellect, and encouragement. Janille the clinic director, is so knowledgeable and created my specialized plan based on my needs and goals. Everything is personalized to the individual and I feel my progress is nothing short of a miracle. I give them all the credit! Physical therapy is hard, but here they make it easy.
