We absolutely LOVE this daycare! The admin is so understanding, supportive, and on the ball! We love our teachers Ms. Madina, Ms. Diloram, Ms. Dilo, Ms. Priya and the many wonderful teachers who support our little!! I was honestly nervous about leaving him and returning to work but I can honestly say I could not trust people more! We are so so grateful to have them as part of our village!!

I was so nervous before my oldest started school in 2021 as it was his first time in group care. Thankfully over the past few years I feel that he is capable and ready to start kindergarten this fall! That is primarily due to Ms. Patricia the PK teacher who my son absolutely adores. Also, we were able to welcome our youngest son this past December and had him start at 6 weeks which in itself can be so stressful. Thankfully, the teachers are open and honest with how he was doing, even on his rough days. While I don’t feel the need to watch the cameras all day, it’s nice to be able to check in on him whenever I want to see his smiling face with his teachers! Can’t recommend them enough here!!!

Please do not bring your child here. If I could give them zero stars I would. These people have made me question why I even wanted my child in daycare. My baby is 8 months old…. And has come home within a week apart with the a bruise and laceration on her nose in the next week with a bruise on her left eye. When questioned nobody could tell me what happened. I asked to speak with the over head and the over head only and to see the cameras and still nobody has gotten back to me and it’s been two weeks. I told the front desk I would not like to speak to them several times and they still on multiple occasions tried to get me to speak to them when I said “no”. And I was not notified the first time at all that anything happened to her until I had to get pissed and the second time they notified me and lied and said everything was ok with her but she “feel” but in reality, she had a black eye. They had lesson plans they never kept and didn’t teach the babies anything or even do as little as read them a book. This daycare was advertised as a learning program and it is far from that. They left my child in diapers for well longer than she was supposed to be. They wiped up on a baby girl with a number 2 diaper. And when it was peee diapers didn’t use a wipe at all. They have cameras you can watch, and I saw only one teacher multiple times with more than 4 babies, the state required minimum. When that happened I saw my baby along with another baby that could crawl opening the doors and shutting there fingers in it without any redirection. This place has no respect for parents or the children in which they are caring for. Would most certainly not recommend taking your child here.

This place has been a blessing!!! This daycare is by far the best place my kids have ever been in. The teachers communicate with me and are patient with my children. My kids have progressed sooooo much in just 2 months of being here. I love how they also do family events as well. The daycare is super clean everyday even with kids playing they keep it tidy. My daughter is finally coming out of her shell and learning new things! My son would cry for weeks at other daycares and after just a week at this daycare he stopped crying at drop off. Now he runs in very excited to start the day with his teachers and friends. I cannot express how amazing this place is!!!!! I'm so very blessed to have this place to help my children grow and learn! My kids telle everyday they are excited for the next day of school I am just mind blown at how comfortable my kids are and how quick they are learning in this amazing environment

I was shocked to see some of the poor reviews for this place, and then I noticed how old they are! I can't say how things were 10 years ago, but this daycare is AMAZING now. My daughter just turned 2 and has been attending for almost a year now. She's been in 2 different classes during that time (older infant and then toddler) and we have never had a disappointing day. The director Manju is so kind and helpful. The front desk/admin Annette is warm and welcoming everyday. My little girl always gives her a big hug. Our teacher Angela is a superhero. I don't know how she does all she does with these toddlers! On top of that, the company has an amazing app, cameras to check in on your child, the teachers send photos and updates throughout the day and the meals and snacks always look so yummy. There are "theme" days (today was wear your favorite Disney!), curriculum, school wide events (hello Trunk or Treating and Thanksgiving lunch!) and parent teacher conferences to keep parents engaged and in the loop. We LOVE Children's Courtyard Lakeline!

Our little girl just started here three weeks ago. The staff genuinely care for each child and it is a very well run place. It is such a blessing to have a place like this for our little girl!

I was beyond stressed and emotional about putting my little one in daycare - especially with her being my first child. The ladies at The Children’s Courtyard in Cedar Park have been absolutely wonderful in understanding my momma’s heart and making the transition a positive experience for our family. There are cameras in every room that I can check any time of day, the teachers send detailed notes and precious pictures of my little one via the SproutAbout app, and most importantly, I can see that they truly care about my baby and she is always happy to see them. Michelle in the infant room is an absolute angel and baby whisperer and the Director, Callie, has been instrumental in helping me to feel calm and secure about leaving my baby in their care. I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire wonderful staff and I would highly recommend this location!

The director Joyce is extremely rude and is rarely ever there for the roll that she should be playing for the daycare. I have had many encounters with her, very rude and has treated her staff terrible. I have put reports and nothing has been done.

Very bad and rude management they are not reliable at all. They don’t treat parents with respect.I wish I could give them zero stars? It doesn’t based on what I heard I am the parent of the kids that you did not release. If you guys had looked into the matter then would have known by my name. So clearly you did not.

Very bad and rude people. I parked my car right at the first spot and call from my car so I don’t have to go to the door and touch the door bell, or lean against the door to get their attention which the front desk person never pay attention. Well so while I am calling they are not answering and I could see them getting up and leaving the front desk and chatting and not paying attention. Other two parents came and both Joyce and holly saw me standing there by my car but ignored me and finally when third parent came I yelled out holly’s name so she turned back and said put on your mask even when you call to pick them up and refused to let my kids come out. I don’t have to if I am not coming to the door or closer to any other parent. When I told her so you are keeping my kids against my will then she let them out. I cant imagine they can keep my kids hostageInsane I can understand if they were a little nice and fake as they were in the first week I would have not a big deal but they think they can keeps kids and can give us our own kids on their conditions.Very bad my daughter also mentioned how they treat them inside it’s so bad.If they treat adults with no respect how can one trust them with kids.Be very careful before letting your kids to these people.

They are not a good place to leave your kids. You could see three post with same last name so that means something really bad happened in there. Nice for just the begging and then they show real faces. Horrible experiences. Never recommending to anyone .Clearly you did not looked into it or else would have knownI am the child that was held and was not being released. So it’s not something that I heard it happened to me.

We absolutely LOVE the Children's Courtyard of Cedar Park. I started bringing my two youngest here when I first went back to school in 2019. Their facility is clean, and their teachers are fantastic. This was the first experience my kids had at a preschool, and they struggled with being left for the first few weeks, but each other teachers was patient and understanding. They helped them transition into this new schedule with gentleness, and soon my kids couldn't wait to go in the mornings. On more than one occasion my older daughter would ask if I could come pick her up later because she was having so much fun. Now that I'm finished with school, going back to work and finding childcare for my youngest was a no brainer - why would we go anywhere else? My hope is to keep him here as long as possible!I'm so thankful the open communication I have with their staff, and their policies during everything that's happened since last March have been easy to understand, and appreciated. Their director Joyce is very hands on, and helpful in meeting our childcare needs. Other staff members have been so kind, and I love that my kids love going to their classes. The way they keep me up to date through their app is also super awesome. 10/10 would recommend.

Just the absolute worst. Joyce and Holly were so rude with a “so what” stuck up attitude.. pretty much charged me for fees AFTER my child stopped attending. After questioning the fee and even having PROOF that my child wasn’t there after that time Joyce’s response was “so then don’t pay it”... unprofessional, rude and had to contacted corporate. Just the worst especially for a director of a daycare to behave in such manner.

We are very pleased with how my 3 yr old is being taken care of here. I am happy we found such a caring, clean, on top of things, kind place for my son. Thank you. I would recommend them to other parents looking for childcare.
