I found a location I liked better and cancelled the next appointments well in advance and in person. This happened 4 years ago. I was billed $93 for the which is now showing up on my credit report and there is no explanation why.Update -I was able to resolve this electronically through Experian and get this bogus item removed from my credit history.You lowered my credit for a few months and caused me several hours of inconvenience over $93 I never owed you.Update to response to Owner -1/5 response after 1/5 service. Didn't expect more from a chucklehead.

I had lost hope. And then I met Michael Tillman. Hit by a drunk driver 5 1/2 years ago had left me in constant pain. After just 2 sessions, I feel a HUGE improvement! I have HOPE again!

Nobody ever wants to have to go to PT, but if you have to go, you WANT to go here! They look at how your whole body is functioning and try to ascertain the root cause of your pain or injury. I would recommend going to see Mike and his team BEFORE getting surgery in most cases! If you've had surgery, definitely go see them immediately! My recovery was arduous and painful until I got some help from Mike's team! I really like both of the therapists I've worked with. They are knowledgeable and personable. They are nice while torturing you, which is essential! The customer service is also great. Everyone who works there treats everyone like family.

I’ve been going to Tillman Physical therapy for a little over two months now and I have to say I’m extremely happy with the great care I’m receiving. I’ve been working with Mike and Brad and both have been amazing in my road to recovery from rotator cuff surgery. Everyone in their office is very kind and easy to work with. I definitely recommend Tillman physical therapy for all your physical therapy needs.

This place is top notch! The staff is so friendly and professional. It's evident they really care and don't make me feel like just another number. Michael Tillman is going above and beyond while helping me with my recovery. I'm so thankful I chose Michael and Tillman Physical Therapy for my physical therapy needs.

I highly recommend Tillman Physical Therapy.. Dr. Michael Tillman explained my problem to where I could understand it and I have been working with Kendyl to avoid surgery and have gotten much better & stronger. She has been so encouraging & pushed me out of my comfort zone, helping me to do exercises and made me believe in myself when I did not, and it has been successful... all the trainers are very friendly and Dr. Tillman oversees the staff when he is at the Lakeline location working.. I am amazed at how on point he was about my condition.. very pleased I do not understand the other negative reviews.. I suppose it is an attitude of mindset..after reading about their establishment & Dr Michael Tillman's expertise in physical therapy, I knew this would be the place I wanted, to be in the care of someone who has the knowledge and experience to help me get better and that is exactly what has happened. I'm so glad I found Tillman PT.. it has made a big difference for me, I'm so many ways

Masks are not required for a health care facility really. With the omicron variant so transmissible and delta still raging. What are they thinking. Boo on them. They do not seem to care about their patients

This place is the worst ever!!!! Their billing system is very unprofessional and a little.... Tried to contact the clinic for a month to understand why I received a second bill after I paid the whole amount in advance, because I didn't meet my deductible. Every-time I called them, they told me that the person who works in the billing department is not available. Ironically, that person contacted me the same day I sent her a WRITTEN email!!! Kept haggling with me, and then offered me a discount for a service I never got!! I submitted a complaint to my insurance and covered that crazy second bill. Don't go there!!!

I've received great care from Tatiana since I started going to Tillman Physical Therapy for back spasms at the start of July. Tatiana was knowledgeable and supportive in helping me gain back strength and mobility. After 3x weekly visits and making sure to do my homework, I'm at nearly no pain!

I had a back issue and was prescribed Physical Therapy and the doctor recommend Tillman. I have to admit, I was not impressed but the Therapist was friendly. After two visits and a total time of ~90 mins of work, I decided not to return. What I was extremely upset with was mainly the cost. I have a High Deductible plan so I pay out of pocket. I paid $80 for each visit which I thought was robbery, but then I get another bill of $77. OUCH!!! So after two visits and 90 mins, I have a total bill to ME of $237.30. Over $2.50 per minute. I wanted to talk to a manager when I paid the final bill (over the phone by the way... no online payment) that person was not available. So I just said I would just give a fair review. They hung up. Go on YouTube and learn the stretches, it's easier and cheaper.

I had a total knee replacement in early December 2019. I began seeing Tim and Rebecca at Tillman and it made a world of difference. My knee feels great, I have full range of motion and I am in no pain. Going to PT made all the difference in the world and Tim and Rebecca at Tillman are the best!

I received real and effective help here. I experienced healing after doing the exercises to my knee that was becoming more and more painful... The Staff here are very Helpful and Friendly and very Capable!

Giving them two stars because their billing set up is a customer service nightmare. I've been trying to pay an outstanding bill for my husband for weeks. Nobody ever answers the phone and We have left multiple messages and nobody ever calls me back. I'm about to have two surgeries that I will need Rehab done for, 6 weeks of treatment each. I won't be coming to this clinic for it. The PT's can be as amazing as humanly possible, but if your billing is a mess and I have to spend a lot of time fighting to get things paid....no thanks. Customer service matters even in the healthcare setting.
