Everything is so overpriced here. I purchased an item for my kid for Christmas. My kid didn't like the item so we went to exchange it for something else. Turns out, in 2024, Tilly's is not able to do exchanges without the original receipt. If you have the original form of payment it won't matter.

Although they don’t honor the curbside pick up as what it says online, the person at the register was waiting for me and welcomed me in as soon as I walked in with great service. Wonderful customer service, wish I got their name to praise, though I assume it was the manager. Thank you for being you!

***MANAGER -CEDAR PARK LOCATIONATION***This manager was so rude and very unprofessional, so much so that I had to write a review and file a complaint which I never do.My daughter called me and told me that she could not return her shoes that she had bought the day before because they looked like they been worn. Here's is the thing she asked the sales associate for a 6.5 in women's and they gave her a 6.5 in men's white van DISPLAY shoes.She just bought them knowing that was her size not realizing they were not.So, she went back the next day to just exchange, literally less than 24hrs the next day. She asked to talk to a manager, and they didn't let her, only telling her she needed to take it up with customer service.I show up thinking there's just some kind of misunderstanding. I asked to speak to the manager and right from the start I can tell she could care less.I explain the situation all over again and then she the manager tell me, how it could be very possible my daughter wore men's shoes 2x her size in less than 24hrs. I'm just in disbelief listening to how crazy and unprofessional she sounds. Then she goes on to give me this long spill how she didn't see the condition of the shoe etc. and since it was a display shoe, she should have gotten a discount which she had not so that makes no sense to bring up, she proceeds to tells us the only person who knows what the shoes look like is the person who sold it to her the day before. So, I asked my daughter to check the receipt so we can have the person who checked her out verify etc.Turns out that girl was not there, and I asked the manager only once if she would be back the next day so we could ask her so my daughter can get correct shoe or her refund, cause again this lady made it clear only the person who checked her out could determine what the shoe looked like. Mind you these people gave her the wrong shoes the day before. So out of No where this lady starts raising her voice saying, 'I am not going to give you a 16 old schedule.' Which she kept repeating. It was ridiculous but I know what she was doing, she wanted the people around to hear her, trying to make it sound like something it wasn't. She did not want to admit this was their mistake. So, then my daughter says the girl was only the one who helped on the floor but the guy that was currently in the store was the one who checked her out and seen the shoes.So, I'm thinking great finally this will get resolved and we can ask him.Not a chance, this lady looked me straight in the face and says "nope." I again remind her about her own comments about having to ask that person and she said she will speak on her own time. Unbelievable. I'm in disbelief. I can't even comprehend this situation. I asked her for customer service # and she told me to google it and I asked for her name, and she said no. I was very cordelle but annoyed by her. I never talked down to her.Since she did not give us her contact info, she is in her mid 20's to early 30'slight eyes, braided reddish or dirty blonde hair and has the persona of a Karen.I made a complaint with corporate, and they were very apologetic and have no problem letting my daughter return the shoes. What this manager did was not okay and I only hope all the young girls around her in the store know that is not how you treat customers.Sorry for the long post I am still so upset.

I bought a pair of shoes in the Houston area with no tags. Two days later I changed my mind on them and went to return in the Cedar Park area. The manager there was SO RUDE. She was taller with short blonde hair and looked to be in her 20s. She asked for my reason of return and I said changed my mind and inspected the shoes like I’d worn them before when I hadn’t. She then proceeded to tell me she can’t do the return because I didn’t have tags on it. When I stated that’s how I bought the shoes she just kept repeating their policy. My mom was with me and asked if that’s the policy why didn’t the employee state that it’s a final sale? Or why didn’t the receipt say it would be a final sale without tags on it? She then said “That’s their location I’m only worried about my store”. She did not even offer me a store credit or choices for the return. She basically just said I’m out $40 too bad so sad. We asked for her name and she refused to give it to us. We left and come to find out other reviews have claimed the same from this manager at the CEDAR PARK location. We called corporate and they apologized and they are sending an email to me saying we can get the refund no problem. The guy on the line for corporate was so nice and extremely helpful! If you decide to shop at Tilly’s do not go to the Cedar Park location if you want good customer service.

Manager was very unprofessional and unwilling to help or provide any suggestions on a return item. I won’t be going back. Good thing online customer service will accept the return.

Horrible in store customer service when attempting to receive a store credit for an item that did not fit my son. Had bought the item at noon, returned to store at 3pm same day and in store manager refused a credit even as I was trying to buy a more expensive replacement . Called corporate, who called the store to verify the return. Onsite manager proceeded to lie and say the item looked used and was damp. Completely false information. Called corporate again, explaining the situation and how the Manager lied... corporate proceeded with issuing an in store credit. Absolutely the most ridiculous experience ever and a complete waste of time. Tilly's!! Offer your employees solid customer service, integrity, and ethics training because your staff is lacking and causing your store to lose business.

Beware, if the overpriced clothes you buy break because the six-year old in a foreign country couldn't make a seam correctly, a middle-aged and ill-equipped manager will just repeat the company policy four times in a row until you contemplate offing yourself or just throwing the clothes right back at them. Do not come here unless you want to yell at that same woman for me.

Horrible service and super rude from the so called “assistant manager” i went in just to swap out a size on a shoe and she rang it up and told me i had to pay $14 more which makes absolutely no sense because i had the reciept on what i purchased and all she had to say was “i dont make the prices sorry” so rude and inconsiderate and threw an attitude the whole time and didnt wunna even deal with me she told someone else to come take care of me and all it took was a simple phone call to the store manager to overide the price to make it equal to what i paid two days ago to swap the shoe size out…. So ridiculous, definitely need to work on social skills and customer service and actually knowing the business definitely wouldnt recommend dealing with her

Had a great experience at this store! Sarah was super friendly and helpful which is always nice when shopping in retail. Store is well maintained and flourished with wonderful employees.

In the store right now. Teen Male employees asking customers to take a be real photo for their boss and posting customer images online with out their consent. I had no idea what the app was until my daughter told me. The employees then took the phone to the back and you could hear them laughing.

women: don’t shop here if you’re looking for a size bigger than a medium. btw sizes run small and everything is cropped lol. extremely poor in store options if you’re older than 17 or not bulimic. i’m a size 6 and nothing in the woman’s side would fit me off rack. also i’m from santa cruz and you can get ALL of their “santa cruz” merch MUCH cheaper from the SC website. skip on your next shopping trip. ps zero eye contact or help from employees
