This Home Depot has gone to 100% self check out but rarely are any more than four registers open even when the line is 20-25 people deep. They stand there and just look at you! Is absolutely ridiculous that you now entrust us to check ourselves out, but won't open the registers that are sitting there empty. When questioned the manager says " you have to be overseen". Well, you are not over seeing us anyway - you're standing there on your phone scrolling through whatever while we will check ourselves out, just open the rest of the lane so we can all be on with our day.It's worth the drive to Lowe's

Bought a washer and dryer for my mother in law. Driver was set to deliver on a Saturday. He took it upon himself to decide it would not fit and canceled her appointment without even going to her place and seeing the space or attempting to deliver. Once we called because they never showed up for delivery we were told he canceled and explained why. They reordered the set and then told us it would be another 5 days before they could deliver!!!! What?!?! That is just unacceptable!!! Poor delivery and customer service!!!

Partner ordered a set of bug bombs for pickup several days ago. Order says not ready so he just goes to get them himself. The items that they couldn't possibly get ready on time? They were like 10 steps away from the pickup area... it took him 2 minutes to find. He went to checkout and they said "it's not ready yet" so he just said... well can I cancel it? And then checked out the items. Point is don't order pickup from here and don't offer same day pickup if you're unable to fulfill those orders.

Our old refrigerator had been giving problems and finally went out. I'm handicapped so my wife handled the purchase of a replacement fridge. I was concerned she would have a problem but Home Depot's salesman, Doug King (DCK081) was exceptional. He assisted her in picking out a unit that fit our needs and was extremely certious and professional. Not all retail salesman treat women with respect. My wife was very pleased with her experience.

Yes, the employees at this store are terrific, many of them have been there for the fifteen years that I have lived in Cedar Park. This is about something that a lot of people never encounter but to me , it was very important. I signed a contract for a project at my home with a Home Depot third party vendor. I am not going to describe the project any further or name the vendor at this time. When the people came to do the project, I could see that there were design flaws that would negatively affect my yard. Even the installers agreed with me. I had tried to get the sales person to come to my home to address my concerns but he never did and I should not have signed the contract. The salesperson said that I would not get a full refund but that is where the full value of being a HD customer comes into play. I called HD corporate and was given a case number. Two days later, I got a Email showing the full amount credited to my account. Shop with confidence at HD, they have your back.

I recently got a new debit card so the numbers have changed. Told me, per their new store policy they couldn't give me store credit for an unopened, unused five dollar item since I didn't have the receipt or the card. That is non-existent customer service. Came in to buy outdoor power equipment, but left to go you know where.

Home Depot Cedar Park is great. Home Depot ONLINE is terrible. I have ordered things online twice and both times the shipping and tracking have been the most screwed up process that is completely random. I have been given 6 delivery dates so far on a large single item order that they only sell online. Some of the delivery dates were said to be in the past. I have repeatedly been told the date will be X, and then the next morning get a new text and/or email stating that it will come today or tomorrow between 8am and 9pm. Yesterday I was told by a manager after a 25 minute call that the delivery will definitely be in 3 days (Sat), but now I have a text saying it will arrive today between 6am and 8pm. I am on the phone with the customer support center again now, who has confirmed that it will be sometime today, not Saturday, and everything that I have been told in the previous 5 delivery date schedules were all lies, including yesterday's guarantees from one of the CS managers. Home Depot Online has no communications or control over their delivery companies and their delivery companies don't care about anything that they are doing for Home Depot. On a scale of 1-10, this process and experience comes in around a 2. Complete failure. This is such a huge waste of my time. Nothing that I have been told by Home Depot Customer Service has turned out to be true or accurate. Yes, you can blame your partners, but let's be clear, they are YOUR PARTNERS. I did not have a vote in who you chose to partner with to deliver your products and clearly, this has been going on for a very long time. You can reach me to fix all that this has cost me in dealing with all the disconnected, messed up and unprofessional process that Home Depot has set up to support your online store.

My wife and I had an excellent purchasing experience with Bree Connally yesterday! We bought a new refrigerator for our almost completed home in Georgetown. Bree was knowledgeable, helpful and professional; But mostly she was patient with us as we tried to decide on exactly which brand, model and size we needed.
