Eric Pierce was our sales advisor, he was fantastic, straight forward, helped us find what we needed and worked with us on a great deal. I'm extremely happy with my experience here. Moe Boshawi was the finance manager we worked with, he kept us well informed and left out the info/warranties we didn't need. Danny helped with the technicalities of the paper work to streamline the process. Thanks to everyone!

Do not buy your car from here. Sales have no idea about the cars they sell, they are misinformed on the car details. So much they told me the wrong engine block in my car. They put the wrong fluids for your car, causing damage to the vehicle. Won't inform you of closed recall's on the car you're viewing and interested in. Management did nothing to help my problems that THEY caused, causing me to repair hundreds to thousands of dollars in repairs in a supposedly new car. Management just swept it under the rug.

My mom was looking for a rav 4 and had been looking for 2 months and no one would give her a good deal and this place worked with her! Micheal Kim and John Smith were absolutely ? % amazing and I will go to them for my next car purchase.

I made an appointment with Toyota Cedar Park to test drive a 2023 Prius Prime as they showed 6 on their website inventory and google search. I didn't realize the cars were in "build phase" I specifically asked for Prime with the Salesperson on the phone and scheduled. Drove 25 miles to the location and junior sales guy said they have no Primes in stock and the plug-ins are 2-3 years waiting list. I didn't get angry and asked him if I could at least test drive a non-plugin Prius since I was here. He disappears for a long time and comes back and says it will be about an hour wait to test drive but asks me to hang tight and disappears again. I wait another 10 minutes and as he hasn't returned and left me hanging, I leave. I didn't get any response back from him after even after 24 hours. The facilities is huge and looks new, but it was very busy and intimidating. I feel like personal customer service and negotiations would be lacking considering how busy and big this place is.

I had an appointment at 2:30 and it took them until 3:10 just to check my car in. Came to pick up my car at 12:40 and I’m still waiting for them to bring my car up and it’s almost 2pm!!!!!It took 30 seconds to swipe my card and collect my money.

Someone get this guy Joshua Rollins an award! He literally was the nicest most helpful sales associate ever. He helped me with a problem that wasn't even part of his department. Very professional and honestly the best customer service I've had in a long long time -seriously. Everyone else-not so much.

I called Jason Pennell and he must have the utmost trust in his paintless sent repair folks as he stands by the fact that there is no way possible they burned a full tank of gas. That leaves his staff in the used car department. The reason I didn't contact anyone again about the latest issue was it just never ends. My time is worth more than asking for a tank of gas, so I didn't. I few it's more important that people know that Jason would rather argue with me than offer SOMETHING as a n incentive to ever do business with them again. I told him that I have a couple of free oil change coupons that I don't even want to use, for fear of there being yet another issue when I go back.

The dealership its self is super nice. However far as the service department goes they quoted me $1000 just for the 4x4 diff service, I thought that was a way to pricey. I ended up another Toyota dealership and they quoted me $400 not too sure what's going on there...

I took my car in for service today. I was very happy with the service writer. She was very knowledgeable and very professional when I got home and started looking my vehicle over I was very unhappy with the grease print all over my vehicle that I just had detailed two days ago.

Everything about the purchase experience itself was great, especially as a first-time Toyota buyer. However, make sure you get, up front, everything you are promised. A wheel upgrade was part of my purchase agreement and it took them 3 months to get them to me. It has now been 5 months and I still have not received my 2nd key that was promised to be within 60 days. This is exacerbated by a "couldn't care less" attitude. I am sold on Toyota and will be purchasing 2 more next year. But, they will not be purchased from this dealer.

Five stars easily to the folks at Toyota of Cedar Park. Johnathan Forte in sales and Jess Garcia in finance made our purchase of a new RAV4 and trade in of a Mazda CX-5 absolutely easy. Total time spent Thursday in the dealership (including THREE test drives) was about two hours. We came to an agreement within $500 of the target price I had set and that was just fine. But more importantly, my wife and I were treated with respect every moment and our time was not wasted. Generally, my experiences at Toyota dealerships have been nothing short of miserable, ever since our first one in 1986. Based on my experience yesterday, this is a dealership that respects the customer and does what they say they will do.

My experience with Toyota of Cedar Park was very good. Though they made me feel my business was appreciated, no high-pressure sales tactics were applied, which helped me feel comfortable with my purchase. I would definitely patronize this dealership again, and commend my salesperson, Eric Pierce, who was personal, patient, and responsive.

This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle! Jorge was a great & knowledgeable salesman! He worked hard for me & so did the sales manager, Jon. Could not have asked for more! Will refer everyone I know to this dealership & always purchase my car from here!
