Love Tropical Smoothie so much! This location is my favorite. Food is always exactly right, fresh & hot, smoothies are top-notch. Staff is alert, warm & welcoming! Had my lunch there today and couldn't be happier with the service!

Sunrise Sunset is my favorite!! SUCH an incredibly refreshing smoothie (especially if you are sporting a wicked hangover). This is my go-to place for a pick me up when I'm too lazy to make my own smoothie. My orders have always arrived on time and COLD! You are able to add or remove any ingredients and for the size and freshness of the items, it is of great value. I was skeptical of their food at first coming from a smoothie joint, but I'd say it is just as good as your next sandwich shop!! I've gotten the Baja chicken and veggie wrap. Both are simple and a great compliment to the smoothie. I highly suggest grabbing them the next time you are looking for a mixture of berry/green deliciousness with a little snack.

Food was good, service was definitely not good. I'm a big fan of Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but don't normally visit this location. My order took much longer than normal and then smoothies arrived 5 or more minutes AFTER the food. I had to ask for our smoothies twice, before getting them. Salsa was involved as I had a quesadilla order, so I had spicy food and nothing to drink, which was not fun. I will stick with the other location on Cypress moving forward.

Have no idea where the negative reviews are coming from. I've gone here for lunch pretty much every single Monday through Friday for the past year or so, they haven't let me down a single time. Fantastic customer service, great food, and great prices. 11/10

Wonderful customer service with healthy tasteful food i got the avocolada with a ceasar wrap with the maple sweet potatoes and i cant wait to come back and be a regular

Also come here for my smoothie. My goto is usually the Mango Magic, but today I got the Mango Monsoon which was pretty good. I order via the app so I don't have to wait in line and my drink is usually ready by the time I get there. Small little shop in the Academy plaza. I would recommend downloading the app for rewards and deals.

Great smoothies. Tasted amazing. Just what I was hoping for! Ordered 4 smoothies and they came out decently quick. Could've been quicker if there was more organization from the staff but overall would return.

Very worst experience whenever i go to this place, they don't know how to take the order properly so careless while taking order also. We didn't get the food which we ordered and when we communicated this to them they refused to reorder my food. Guys stop going to this place. The staff also doesn't know how to behave with customers.

Atrocious!!! Please hire some experiance ppl rather than kiddos, don't even know the customer order and gave the wrong one. when i asked, they behaved very cheap No manners at all .disgusting!! Please don't come here indeed try different location!!!

The smoothie was good. It was thick. Tasted sorta how I expected it to. It doesn't matter the flavor nbut it was good. I got a wrap. I'm sure it would have been good had I liked the flavors in the wrap but I didn't like it. Plenty of chicken and the tortilla wrap was good. I got the kale apple salad as a side. I tried it and it was good. I love a good kale salad. I'm saving it for tomorrow. I also got the corn. This was my favorite item. The staff was weird. I ordered online for pick up. To-go food is just on the counter not even together. It was weird. Anyone could grab the food and take it. Not a fan of this. My bag was on one side and smoothie on the other. It was weird. I said thank you and the staff all gave me strange looks. It was weird. I'll return to try another flavor without banana because banana overtakes all other flavors in a smoothie so it's basically a banana smoothie. I knew better. I still liked it. Anyway. I'll be back because you earn a free smoothie in the app after your first purchase sooo get on that.
