I had a frustrating experience with U-Haul at this location. The battery in my truck died, and it took them almost 5 hours to send a technician, despite my being right next to their location—not in a rural area. This delay forced me to reschedule my flight the next day, which was a major inconvenience.
While Tristan was initially responsive and tried to help, things went downhill when Tony, the area field manager, got involved. He had the nerve to say, 'Well, prior rentals did not have this issue, so it's not our fault.' I was also assured that U-Haul would take care of the situation, but after that, I was completely ghosted. Tony never responded to my follow-up emails.
To make matters worse, U-Haul later tried to tell me that the battery was fine and just needed a jump-start, despite the fact that I, along with two other people, saw the technician replace the battery.
This is a poor business decision on U-Haul's part. While one customer may not seem like much, I will not be conducting my business with this location or U-Haul in the future due to this lack of accountability and follow-through.

Tristan was amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to help our family out during this grueling process of moving! I initially reserved a 26 ft truck, did the automated pickup before hours and it was a seamless process. The next day (my move was delayed by storm and I needed another truck, Tristan got me squared away with the first rental and then setup with a new one for a smaller truck (10ft) for another day for the last minute packing/cleaning we needed to do. I NEVER want to do this again (but I will have to) and when I do, it will be with them at this location; even if I have to change my moving dates to do so! Don’t want to work with anyone else. I’m so grateful.

Owners are great, thank you for serving the community and myself so many times over the last 15+ years including my father and mom when we needed tires when I was a kid even, up until I moved out of state and needed a 26 ft U-Haul on Christmas Day… God bless and Goodbye.

VERY friendly staff. They had everything set up when I got there, and even with the issues they were having at the U-Haul servers, we got everything checked out.But what really earned them the 5-stars is that after I returned the truck, I realized I had locked my house keys inside. It was Friday evening, after 6, and they were closed. But the Regional Manager's wife offered to drive him out there to help me out after dinner. She drove him, because he was enjoying an adult beverage (as well he should be able to) and staying true to his oath to the DPS, couldn't drive. So the family bonded together to help out a stranded Customer.I would not hesitate to use them again, for this reason alone.
