I went in yesterday to diagnose the issues with my mom’s cell phone. They said we needed to replace the battery and they had one available. I could not leave it that day so I came back this morning. The front-desk agent did not verify that the replacement battery was still available when I checked in this morning. He thought that since he checked on the status yesterday that it would still be available today. Two hours after I dropped off my cell phone, the technician called to notify me that the battery was reserved for another work order. They did not have another one in stock and it would be 3-5 days until they could get another one. They wasted my time and I had to make another one-hour round trip to pick up the phone that was never fixed.

I bought a new laptop, and needed to install a SSD card which was in my previous laptop. But I strippd one screw which was needed to take a bottom cover off to intall my SSD card. I didn't want to ruin my new laptop more. So I wet to the uBreakiFix near me.A techician at the shop took the stripped srew off in no time. And he didn't even charged me for the service.This problem gave me a big headache. I'm really glad I took my laptop to the uBreakiFix.

My husband was quoted originally to fix his laptop screen at $150 and a weeks time. Then we receive a call after three days of the laptop being at the store, to call them that they had some more options for us. We called and couldn’t get through. We stopped in after work the next day and the price had changed from 150 to 250. The guy at the counter Christian said the employee who had originally quoted us was let go and he couldn’t honor the original quote. So we decided okay fine go ahead. Mind you they still haven’t started working on it. It is now over two weeks of the laptop being at the store. My husband goes in and guess what? Christian tells him it will be $324! What the heck! Do better. Absolutely absurd. Christian then changes and says now it will be $270 after taxes. I feel like someone was being shady. I would never recommend this place!

Was able to get phone repaired on the same day! Service and communication were fantastic! The repairman was friendly and explained everything well. I'm very pleased with their work. Thank you!

Adrian just left my home where he came and repaired my s23 ultra. The quality of the service, repair and his professionalism were the absolute best I've witnessed in many years of using this same service. If up to me Adrian should at least get a one time bonus or something from his employer to show him that he is valued and highly appreciated! Communication prior and during and after repair was too notch as well.

I would ideally like to have a better time frame and communication applied to a future service. There was no way to contact the facility that was going to service my phone, I sat around waiting until the last 10 minutes of the quoted time, I could have used that 2 hours to apply else where in my day.Service technician was kind and fast once he began service, he did a great job overall.

Leaving an honest review:At first I had struggle getting to them via calls,But they clarified the issue saying they had my number miss entered in the system which is why they couldn’t get to me..I was contacted by an email and my device was fixed.The only suggestion I have for them is that they need to answer their voicemails or calls..apart from that everything went great. They do treat the customers with good respect.!I appreciate them for taking care of my issue

Called ahead to confirm they could fix my phone( live 1 hr away) then when I arrived they say they can't fix my phone because they are not trained to fix these type of phones?. They will redirect you to round rock so don't even bother stopping here just go to the round rock location.

Christian provided excellent customer service. I showed up several hours before my scheduled appointment because my day was packed, he said it was no problem and attented to me quickly. he was courteous , professional and efficient. He troubleshot my issue in the most cost effective way first and he was honest about what they could and could not repair. I will definitely return here If I ever need a repair again. I definitely recommend this shop as does Verizon because they made the appointment for me .

Having a toddler in the house can lead to unexpected "accidents" – like my laptop experiencing a forceful encounter with the floor. When the screen broke, I was initially skeptical about the repair process, especially since the manufacturer's quote for a replacement screen was sky-high.Enter UBREAKiFix's Cedar Park branch. With one phone call, Christian and Dominic assured me that not only could they get the exact glass for my laptop, but they would also take care of the installation. True to their word, my laptop looks and feels brand new. I couldn't be happier with the service, the professionalism, and the overall experience.However, while the technical side of things was spot on, I'd love to give the team a friendly nudge about the tidiness of their public-facing store areas. It could benefit from a thorough vacuum, a window wipe-down, and some attention to the windowsills. As a parent with a curious toddler who loves to explore and touch everything, cleanliness is a crucial factor. It's a minor observation but can make a significant difference, especially for customers who visit with their young ones.In conclusion, if you've got a device with a broken screen or need any tech-related assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to UBREAKiFix. I'm not sure which gentleman to give credit to, as I was helped by 3 different employees. We waited a week for a phone screen to come in so we could do a data transfer. One of the employees offered to pick a screen up at another location on his way into work the following morning and complete the data transfer. He went out of his way and we really appreciated that!

Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. I had to drive 1 hr to this location to get my phone fixed and they made sure to get my phone fixed same day so I wouldn't have to travel back to pickup my phone. They were able to get everything fixed and working properly for me. Everyone was extremely nice. Highly recommend this location.

I’m posting this on behalf of my husband.In early January my husbands phone was damaged (cracked screen) while at work. We had a friend recommend this store as it is Google certified. My husband uses a Google Pixel 7 and he only had it for a few months prior to breaking it. They were very friendly and replaced it within a few hours. I’m not sure what happened but after a few hours there were these white lines across the screen and they forgot to put the pins down which caused the screen to be damaged when my husband used it. He brought it in the next day and they fixed it. They didn’t charge us and owned up to their own mistake. Now the reason for the one star.In late June my husband dropped his phone in the pool. It wasn’t in the pool for more than a couple seconds but his phone was toast. My husband immediately put it in rice overnight but wasn’t to worried about it since quote “withstand submersion in up to 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes.” Like mentioned his phone wasn’t in water for more than 60 seconds. In the morning he realized the phone wouldn’t turn back on and you could see water in the flash. He realized then that the screen wasn’t correctly put on or the waterproof seal wasn’t added/ put on correctly to prevent water from entering. When he took it back in a guy said they couldn’t guarantee anything but could try and dehydrate it for $50. Of course $50 is better than a $800 new phone so we said yes. They said the phone was damaged and they couldn’t do anything. My husband ended up paying $600 and sending it to Google asking them to fix it. Google sent the phone back to us along with a refund and said that they don’t cover water damaged phones BUT it shouldn’t have had damage from 60 seconds in water and that they added notes when we take it back UbreakIfix and they would replace the phone with something refurbished since they were at fault for replacing the screen wrong. This isn’t something I came up with. This was something directly stated by Google when I talked to them over the phone. Took it back to UbreakIfix and they decided to look at the phone once again. I told them that Google added notes they should be able to see on the computer regarding a certified Google employee determined that this store was at fault. waited a few days and my husband said he never got a phone call or anything about the phone. He ended up calling and they told him that it didn’t work and they wouldn’t grant him with a new phone. He asked to speak with a manager and they told him he would be in on X date. This would turn into a 3-4 week issue where the manager was never in when the employees claimed. They also would say the manager would reach out which never happened. After 3 weeks and no phone my husband went to the store. (We aren’t local to the cedar park area and we did expect a call before we got fed up.) My husband finally came in yesterday to talk to the manager which an employee claimed the day before that he/she would be in. First off, no manager was there when he came in. Secondly, they wouldn’t replace the phone even after Google said that they should. So not only is he out a phone. We spent quite a bit of money going back and forth. Looking back it would’ve been easier to get a whole new phone, but we weren’t at all thinking it was damaged to the point that it would be a paperweight. Phones are typically waterproof for a short period of time. Super unhappy for my husband and I’m VERY disappointed with the lack of communication and still no owner to talk to.

The technicians made it very easy and efficient to repair my phone screen. They were very conscientious and knowledgeable. Hopefully, I don't break my screen again, but if I do - I will for sure return to this business.

Made appointment when I got there thw only bad thing I have to say is the man behind the counter should have asked if anyone had an appointment instead of saying whos next. Very nice man and if he didn't no the answer he went to ask. Best part, they fixed my phone and no charge!
