Me and my girl went to this Ulta and my girlfriend was checking out and was met by terrible service by Pierina. She was incredibly rude, gave off a ton of attitude and didn’t even ask if we needed help.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Ulta. Just two weeks ago, I had my hair dyed and cut for an upcoming trip. I was initially happy with the result, but to my shock, all the color completely came out in one wash. When I returned from my trip, I went back to Ulta to show the stylist what happened, but I was directed to send an email to the manager. I sent an email explaining what happened and the response I received stated that nothing could be done because it was “past 15 days.” I followed up to explain that I had just returned from traveling, which is why I couldn’t reach out sooner, and pointed out that the color faded completely after only one wash—something clearly went wrong. Unfortunately, I never received a response to that message. This has been very frustrating, especially considering the high cost of the service and the lack of accountability or compensation. I expected better customer service from Ulta, and I hope this matter can still be addressed.

I just had the BEST experience at Ulta thanks to Vivian! She truly went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. I came in a little unsure of what I was looking for, but she listened closely, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel completely taken care of from start to finish.
Vivian didn’t just point me toward a product she walked me through different options, tested shades with me, and even helped me customize a makeup look that fit my skin tone and personal style. Her knowledge was impressive, but what really stood out was her kindness, patience, and attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making you feel confident and seen.
Thank you, Vivian, for your amazing customer service and positive energy! You made my day and turned a quick shopping trip into such a great experience. Ulta is lucky to have you!

I stopped by to get a couple of my usual go to’s. I was greeted and helped by a young lady. Vivians sweet smile and friendly demeanor made my experience at Ulta so memorable. If you’re ever around ask for Vivian. She’s knows her stuff and is patient too.

Sarah at the Benefit Brow bar is amazing! She always goes above and beyond to make sure my waxes are squeaky clean and hairless. Her attention to detail and gentle technique makes the experience reassuring and super comfortable. I truly appreciate how thorough and thoughtful she is every single time!
The level of care and attention Sarah gives makes it clear that she takes pride in her work, and that makes a big difference in the overall experience. I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend!!!

Jada and her manager were ABSOLUTELY incredible at this store . Jada has the most amazing personality I have came across . They went above and beyond after a bad experience with door dash order . I hope ulta sees this and promotes with in . There was another team manager that was great as well I believe team sales manager I did not get her name . They were patient , kind of, and exactly how customer service should be !!!!

I get my hair done at Ulta every 8 weeks by Kristen and she is such a gem! Love her! She is not only super fun, but she knows exactly what she's doing! She should be a manager, I swear, because all of her peers are always seeking her help. She is amazing and I love seeing her every time I go.

Alex did a great job on my hair. She listened to my concerns and what I was hoping to accomplish. We made a plan that I’m very happy with. I appreciate her attention to detail and ability to ask questions that help me convey what I’m looking for. I look forward to my next visit!

I went in for a color and cut with a new stylist. I saw Demi and she was excellent. We discussed my color and what I had, ahem, done to my hair. She discussed with me what color I wanted and really delivered. My cut was exactly what I wanted. I’m in love with my hair. Thank you Demi!!!!

Went to Ulta for my birthday today. Jada at Ulta was so sweet, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service! The entire staff today was incredibly kind and made my visit a great experience and all the free samples.

I was shopping for new foundation and a staff member approached me. I was appreciative, until…she started making comments about my skin and if I have visited a dermatologist before. I attempted to shut down the conversation because it was making me uncomfortable, but she carried on with this narrative in attempts to make a sale. This is the second time I have an ULTA member do this. If i wanted insight about my skin i’d consult my doctor, not a staff at a makeup store. Respectfully.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT but Amber by Nemat from there. It's typically a very strong but sensual smell. The first one I bought, couldn't smell the scent. I even had the sales associate and a manager smell it. They had to keep putting up to their noses. I told them it was ok to admit they couldn't smell it. Nevertheless, I asked if I could switch it out for the roll on. Scent was a little stronger but not by much. I don't know if it's watered down or expired(do perfumes expire-lol). Either way, do not spend your $20 on Amber by Nemat from this place. 😞Walk a few feet down to Whole Foods. You'll get the scent you paid for.
