I’ve used this UPS store several times for Amazon returns, notary services, and my favorite shredding services. The folks who work here are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, trained, and professional. It’s always a great experience. As great of an experience as a returned Amazon purchase can be. :)

I’ve been coming here for over a year and there is one particular agent who is very rude her name is Panda. There was a line and I watched her work, anytime she had a chance to give someone a hard time you can tell she enjoyed it, her demeanor and tone is not welcoming at all. There was tension in the store. That’s how negative she was. She is not helpful and clearly hates her job. They used to always help with taping boxes but she wanted to charge, which I don’t have a problem with but I asked her where’s the sign that says we no longer help you tape boxes you have to buy a roll for 5.00?? if that was me I would gladly help the customer and let them know next time bring their own tape. I told her she was the rudest most unhelpful person here and she got all upset and said well you don’t have to be here you can go to another store and then she followed me out the door to take a picture of my license plate. This girl clearly has a problem and she wants to make it look like the customers are the one starting things. Zero accountability. Horrible service. The manager needs to know about this incident but when I called the store, she answered. Panda if you hate your job that much, maybe you should find another one!

I arrived 1 hr before close, and I had a print/laminate job that would run long. The employees were very helpful and offered to stay over close time just to finish my job and also worked patiently with the long line of customers who showed up almost at close time. Thank you, Isabella and Mary.

This place is convenient for me. They do a lot of services. Their people welcomed me with a smile (at least) even if they were so busy sometimes. I would rather come to this store than a very convenient location up the road (no smiles, no scanner, just a drop off service). Plenty of parking in the front & 15 minutes parking is enough time to do business with them

I recently visited this UPS store and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by an employee named Brytin. After a less-than-satisfactory experience at another location, my decision to come to this store turned out to be a fantastic one. Brytin’s professionalism and hospitality were outstanding and exceeded all my expectations.
From the moment I walked in, Brytin greeted me with a warm and welcoming demeanor, making me feel valued as a customer. The service was efficient, and Brytin’s attention to detail ensured that all my needs were met with the utmost care and precision. It’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and Brytin did just that.
I am truly grateful for the service I received today and want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Brytin. It’s employees like Brytin who set the UPS store apart from the rest. I will definitely return to this location for future needs and highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch service in a friendly and professional environment.

I came here on Saturday, dreading getting my toddler and this huge heavy air mattress to the UPS store to return. I in fact had been putting it off.I drove up and I parked in a 15 minute parking spot and there was a worker who was outside already helping another customer with something.I spoke to her and asked her if she would see if someone would help me get this box inside. Without missing a beat “Mary” ran around to my car door and helped me grab the box and said don’t worry about it, you stay here and I will get your receipt! This was so helpful! A high quality employee for sure.- one thankful Mom!!
