UPDATE: 24 March 2025, it's out of service again
ATM is back in service and the Google Maps address is now correct. Navigation took me straight here.
Annoying that USAA has so few locations to deposit cash, but this one works fine as of January 2025

Zero stars 10/10 do not recommend. Do not bank with USAA. Applied for a loan, got approved. They had an IT issue that required us to re-apply for the loan. Ran a credit check a second time. Re-applied for the loan. Did not honor the interest rate from the original loan. Put the wrong year of the vehicle in which caused for a higher interest rate. They said there’s nothing they can do about it. Gave me an interest rate that was 5% higher than the original offer. Refused to honor the original offer despite the problems being issues on their end. Kept me on the phone for hours both times. 10/10 do not recommend.

ADDRESS IS NOT CORRECT!!! I don't live around here, but really needed to deposit some cash. I used the address provided and it took me to party city. This ATM is right next to Chili's, Pluckers, and right off the access road. Please update the address!!!!

This company has lost its way. Member for 45 years. Fantastic service and great value for 25 years. Sadly it’s been all downhill since then. Poor leadership leading to decisions to get involved in banking, credit cards and other business ventures. All a bust with horrendous outcomes. See the class action suits and BBB complaints. Insurance claims are outsourced to third party vendors with ZERO customer focus. Another hit on the USAA brand.
The CEO responsible for this train wreck didn’t serve a day in the military… but he collected millions for poor outcomes.
If you are thinking about USAA … think long and hard and do your due diligence.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK.
I have been seeing reports of customers dealing with increased fraud lately at USAA bank. If you are considering doing business with USAA, you should definitely search for that online to read about it for yourself before making a decision. Today I woke up to find that a check had cleared my account for a significant amount that does not have my signature or my name on the check. When I called USAA, the representative acknowledged that this check was not signed by me or any signature authority on my account and was not written to an entity that I have any association with (out of my state). A dispute was filed but I won't receive the missing funds for 2-3 business days. So a large amount of money was removed from my account that was not authorized and it will take up to 3 business days to return? I asked for a temporary credit until the investigation was concluded and I was told no. I have been a customer of USAA for 30 years but I will be moving my accounts elsewhere. When I told the representative this the response was, "If you would feel more comfortable with your money at another financial institution then you should definitely do that." So much for customer retention. This bank has historically been on the cutting edge of many services and policies, including remote banking (back in the day I would receive 3.5" floppy disks in the mail with banking client software updates) and ATM fee reimbursement (so I never had to worry about ATM fees). Very sad to see how far they have fallen. I never would have guessed that USAA would degrade so much that I would even consider moving my accounts.
Please save yourself some trouble and find a different bank.

Took a change despite the bad reviews, and upon arrival it’s dead not even on. One of the reasons I’m leaving USAA. What’s the point of using them as a bank if their ATMs are abandoned?

Atm works just fine, it is picky about the bills. They need to be crisp.the location is the issue. It's between collectors crossroads and chili's, behind pluckers
