I am Very pleased with the service I received at this store. Previously, I went to a store in another state. There I worked with several folks and waited for over three weeks, never receiving my new phone. I walked in this store and walked out with my new phone and great service. Thank you!

I feel extremely disappointed and frustrated with how Verizon operates. Honestly, I feel like I’ve been scammed.
Two years ago, I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon because all my friends said Verizon was better. My husband and I traded in two iPhone 12 Pro Max phones to get two iPhone 14 Pro Max devices. The person who handled our paperwork — who I later found out was just a trainee — told us there was a promotion where we would get a free iPad or Apple Watch with the trade-in. We decided to go ahead and got two iPhones and two iPads.
When I paid, the bill was higher than expected. I asked why, and they said it was due to activation fees. Since we had four devices, I figured it made sense. But after checking the bill at home, I was shocked to see our monthly payment would be nearly $300.
I called Verizon, only to find out the trainee had messed up our account. Instead of properly applying the trade-in and giving us the iPads as part of the promo, he processed it as if we bought two new phones at full price — even though we had already handed over our old phones. And the iPads we received were cellular models, so we were also charged for two additional lines.
There are only two of us — we never needed four lines. I asked to return the iPads, but not only was I not refunded the activation fees, I was also charged a restocking fee. I was furious. It took 6 phone calls and 8 emails just to return the iPads. It was exhausting and mentally draining.
Eventually, I gave in and paid the extra costs to return the devices.
After about a year and a half, my monthly bill was reduced to $142. But today, I received another email stating that my new monthly bill will be $162 because the promotion ended. I called and texted customer service, but they just coldly told me this is the new fixed price and it won’t change. When I asked for a detailed explanation, the call was disconnected, and no one followed up.
As someone who works over 10 hours a day, every dollar counts — and $20 more per month is not a small amount. Back when I was with T-Mobile, I got a discount after just one year. But with Verizon, after over two years, all I’ve seen is higher bills, more fees, and no real benefits.
I’m deeply disappointed. After these next 8 months, I will never use Verizon again. I’m sharing my experience to warn others who are thinking about switching. Please do your research, ask for everything in writing — or better yet, record your conversations, because you might end up like me: misled, overcharged, and extremely frustrated.

Had to wait an hour to make a return. No one even came by to ask what i’m here for. Only to be told they aren’t an official verizon store and can’t make the return. I just wasted an entire hour of my life i’m never coming back here again.

Alfonso was a great help....I was on the verge of crying because the insurance did not cover my phone that broke that I still owed 700.....instead of being rude he came up with options and in the end he fixed the problem with a solution I could afford......very respectable and first and foremost he knows what hes doing......walking into Verizon can be so overwhelming and he made the process easy and fun actually. so stressful but I have a working phone and he adjusted my bill so I even have a lower monthly bill

Terrible customer service. I walked in with my family, and there were three teenagers sitting inside with the worst attitudes. The one who spoke to us was also dismissive and seemed uninterested in answering our questions. This experience was far below what I expected from a Verizon store, especially compared to previous positive experiences at other locations.

Today I purchased the brand new iPhone 16 from Timothy! Nice guy, super helpful and over all a good experience. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the phone and I spent 1 hour trying to return the device.
Unfortunately, when I returned to get help with the phone, Alfonso greeted me at the door and proceeding to completely ignoring me for 45 minutes while he discussed his girlfriend problems, vacations and life with another customer. Luckily Jordan was able and willing to help me with my return the moment he got a free minute (45 minutes after entering the store). I would not have returned this item if Alfonso would have treated me with respect by simply doing his job and refraining from discussing very personal subjects in front of costumers. All I can say is: I wish Alfonso luck with his girlfriends. Hopefully they don't find out about each other!

Ran in this afternoon to try and figure out a problem with making calls from my iPhone. Geoffen pronounced “Jeffen” was awesome.? He immediately diagnosed the problem within a minute!?????? We were out the door and on our way within 2 minutes of walking inside! ??♀️? Thank you!!!?

Updated my Pixel 7 and it basically bricked my phone and I couldn't get service so I stopped in to see if there was a fix. Happened to also find out there was an issue with my plan when I switched after a falling out with an ex. Geoffen helped me immensely and ended up saving me money, too.
Ask him about Renaissance fairs.

Pretty sure this is a third party reseller. They were unable to solve my issue and the actual Verizon store in Georgetown was able to sort out my issue. The other store also informed me that this store lied to me about phone warranties being required on all new lines.
