This store is my location for prescription needs and I have never had a problem here even though the pharmacy staff is way overworked, they are always pleasant. This review is about my stop here a little before 4 PM on Christmas day. I just needed some cough medicine. There were a few customers in the store and the star of the show was the cashier. Its Christmas day and this nice guy was working and he had such a great demeanor and was so helpful and positive that I thanked him for working on Christmas . He is the kind of employee that every retailer should have and I hope that a supervisor sees this review and shows appreciation for the young man's professionalism.

Worst experience ever (Walgreens Cedar Park Texas) No Customer Services skills at all, especially from the store manager - super rude. Right after this bad experience, I went to CVS nearby and then they offered me solutions and different alternatives for my problem in minutes. I'm going back to CVS.

I just had bad experience at this store...I hope someone higher up talks to this manager at the store. I was just checking about the discount they had on medicine and cashier had asked the manger check it out but that guy just came and said something and just threw the medicine on to the counter. It's very disrespectful to the cashier and customer. I don't know how this guy has more qualification than the cashier, cashier was so nice and this manager guy was so rude. What is his work if can't help out with questions that customer or cashier has. I guess they should give manager position to cashier and cashier position to this manager guy.

I Love Walgreens for all the great products and seasonal fun stuff. Walgreens has always been my place for meds. The low score is contributed from the lack of pharmacy techs. Walgreens needs to revamp its program so it can maintain its staff and mitigate only have 1-2 techs per facility. I sit in line for meds/tests up to an hour w only 3 or 4 cars in the drive thru. Embarrassing, aggravating for the customers, inefficient, and unprofessional.

Order was sent to wrong location.Store never received.Manager or Team leader in charge I believe was ranning around trying to take care of every customer that walked in.While three other employees were watching from different locations in the building.After reprocessing my order and waiting 45mins for the store to receive the order and print 92 picture I was offered a discount which I accepted and appreciate.

This pharmacy location literally brings out the worst in everyone. Them, me, the people around me. Why are all the techs so rude? Is that part of the job description? Without fail, on every single occasion, the tech appears to just hate life. Everyone here legit needs a hug.

I normally don't write bad reviews, but I have to say...this is the worst pharmacy. Please do not waste your time here. With a sick kid in tow, in the middle of a transaction....they "had" to take a lunch break! Stopped my transaction and told me to come back on 30 minutes:(

I am 69 and have many prescriptions filled regularly. This is the best pharmacy I have ever used . Very professional and always friendly. Pharmacists Kim and Chiu are exceptional and always willing to answer questions or explain meds. Outstanding is the only word to describe this pharmacy.Troy F

Where is the 0 star? Your pharmacy has no problem letting me know when my meds are ready and your ready for my money but can't simply tell me you have now changed your pharmacy hours and close at 7? I got there at 7:05 and the tech and pharmacist were still there and I was picking up a medication I am dependent on and have to take daily. The tech forgot I could still hear what she was saying while she spoke negatively about me to the pharmacist and provided 0 help besides we will re open tomorrow at 10. 6 more cars tried to come through the drive through while I am trying to figure out what to do. The world we live in is full of selfish people who care 0% about anyone else but themselves. Congrats Walgreens.

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE PHOTO DEPARTMENT AT THIS WALGREENS. The lady had a attitude that moment I walked up and said I was there to pick my order up. She kept telling me they didn't have my order only after looking up my phone # once. I received my order confirmation that it was ready for pick up yesterday and I told her I had a order confirmation # and email and she told me it didn't matter and that they didn't have it if I didn't have my phone # linked. My order was sitting behind her the entire time I wasted arguing with her. I WILL NEVER USE THIS WALGREENS AGAIN.

Ok for family snapshots but have always had problems with contest photos. This Walgreens is great, though, because they never give you a hard time about reprinting them

Fast and good quality photos, I can always get good deals and coupons. Even if I forget usually the cashier will have something for me. This location is very quick and helpful. Not always someone at the desk but they will easily page someone when they see you standing there for a few seconds. They're very helpful when trying to upload photos at the store.
