This is the WORST walgreens that I have ever been to. I went to the pharmacy for an emergency prescription my doctor called in for my heart transplant. JOCELYN the pharmacist on duty refused to give me my medication even while on the phone with my transplant doctor. Terrible service here I just wanted to take my medicine.

Consistently poor service. We only visit this location for its convenience. There are long wait times, and prescriptions are never ready upon arrival, despite receiving notifications that they are. I have yet to have a positive experience here.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the service at the pharmacy. After receiving a notification that my order was ready for collection, I eagerly made my way to the store. Upon arrival, I joined a long line, waiting patiently for about 10-15 minutes. When it was finally my turn, I was dismayed to learn that the pharmacy did not have my order of pills available, despite the notification I had received.
The staff member informed me that I needed to go to a neighboring pharmacy to retrieve my order. Confused but willing to comply, I headed over to that location, only to find out that they did not have my pills either. This left me feeling frustrated and bewildered, as I had made the trip in good faith based on the previous communication.
In total, the entire ordeal to finally pick up my order took nearly an hour, and I left feeling exasperated by the lack of organization and efficiency. This experience was perhaps the worst service I've encountered, and it certainly left a negative impression on me.

At every department, there is absolutely no sense of urgency. There is no respect for the customer’s time. I’ve yet to encounter any employee that’s outright in-your-face disrespectful, so I guess there’s that. This is definitely a top-down problem. Management doesn’t prioritize the customer’s time. They also seem to be horrendously understaffed.

Terrible pharmacy. I get a text that my medication is ready for pickup, and then I get there and it's not in stock. So they tell me to come back the next day. Still not there.. happens every month

One of the worst customer service experiences.
Where do I begin? If you want a lesson in what not to do to a customer…go here. Pharmacy tech, would t give me her name because she knows she was wrong and said ‘I don’t have to talk to you!’
WTH?!?! ?♂️
My instincts were correct when I asked why she was speaking to me that way she hung up on me.
Ok, why? ?♂️
Went inside the pharmacy and the Pharmacist actually helped and answered my questions. I inquired why the tech couldn’t take the time to answer my questions which the pharmacist easily and clearly found and answered. Never got a straight answer from the Pharmacist or store Mgr. why the tech hung up on me and didn’t take the time to locate a medication that my Dr asked me to do.
➡️ Here’s the answer…clown tech didn’t care. ⬅️
She couldn’t be bothered.
This isn’t Taco Bell. You expect that from fast food run by teenagers. This is a pharmacy. It’s about patients and their medication for their health. Screwing with people with piss poor customer service without any care about helping is unacceptable.
Pharmacies need to be held to a higher standard.
Avoid this place.

"I don't understand. What are you doing here?" ?Pharmacy Tech to my deaf, disabled 96 year old veteran father trying to get clarity on his prescriptions. The app and online system can't be relied upon. And, the staff are always frantic and too busy to answer basic questions. You can't call because the line is always busy. The AI chat ?just redirects you to call the store! ♻️?

Zero stars for a horrendous pharmacy. Get a clue people! Doctor had to send in prescription twice, I had to go three times before I eventually got my prescription.
