If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I’m a cancer patient. I have meds I need to take EVERY DAY.
My script was transferred to them on Wednesday (after waiting 3 days for it to arrive to my local store) As soon as it was ready here, I put the order through for delivery. Friday, I get a phone call that they do not ship to my area, despite me being able to place the order. If it couldn’t be ordered for delivery to my area, it shouldn’t have been an option.
The response from the staff at this store was that it wasn’t their problem and they can’t ship that far but could transfer it to my local pharmacy (what they should have done in the first place if it was an issue).
The staff was rude, gave me an attitude on the phone as if they’re doing ME a favor by doing their job. They then proceeded to completely cancel the order so I’m still stuck without medication that I NEED.
If you’re a cancer patient who needs medication, go somewhere else.

I have switched my RX’s from HEB and it was the best decision ever. The staff at Walgreens is actually helpful, kind and respectful of their customers. What a refreshing change from the awful pharmacy staff at HEB. Should have switched years ago!!

Walgreens is the best.! Always helping their customers. Today Aryana Went above and beyond to help me with my problem and she certainly fixed it. Very fast and very professional.

Was very disappointed that they didn't have the papaya Enzymes as usual. Pharmacy acted like they didn't know what I was asking about.

Zero stars if I could
What kind of joke is it that the manager of a pharmacy is smoking right by the entrance? This is incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. Shame on Walgreens for allowing this behavior and for their policies that seem to overlook such basic concerns. Smokers are not a protected class, and this kind of conduct is unacceptable in a setting where health and wellness should be the priority.

My mom went in yesterday to return some items that were unopened. The manager was so rude for no reason and damaged her card while processing her return. I don’t understand why it felt necessary to be that aggressive. Worst service ever.

This store is my location for prescription needs and I have never had a problem here even though the pharmacy staff is way overworked, they are always pleasant. This review is about my stop here a little before 4 PM on Christmas day. I just needed some cough medicine. There were a few customers in the store and the star of the show was the cashier. Its Christmas day and this nice guy was working and he had such a great demeanor and was so helpful and positive that I thanked him for working on Christmas . He is the kind of employee that every retailer should have and I hope that a supervisor sees this review and shows appreciation for the young man's professionalism.

Debated on whether I should leave a review, but feel the need to. While I showed respect and patience for the pharmacy team in this experience, I feel that the same respect wasn’t given back.Made a vaccine appointment and got there at the exact time. Checked in at the pharmacy and was told to sit and wait. The pharmacy was busy for the first 20 minutes. No problem, I completely understand. 45 minutes later and I really need to get my shot so I can pickup my kids before daycare closes. I finally stood up and asked when I would get my shot. They told me “oh yeah, here is the paperwork you need to fill out.” “there are two people (who came in way after me) in front of you.” Hold on, what? No one was apologetic for this mistake. I had to leave without getting the vaccine because I was running out of time. I am so upset that this experience basically ruined the rest of the day.

Photo center customer service is defined as rude, arrogance, irresponsible and impolite. It’s usually the managers that are the worst. (Shane was one example ) there are plenty !! Pls improve your attitude guys!!!! Pathetic ?

They have been great to me during my worst illnesses.And shout out to the drive-through man. He is fast and efficient. And the Pharmacists are fabulous ?!
