I am sick of going into the Walmart in Seguin Texas and seeing 2 regular check out stand open, both with HUGE lines. So im forced to use self checkout, where not 1 but 2 employees leark over my shoulder no more that 12 inches away. If you're so scared of shoplifting then put the cashiers back. I'm sick of being treated like I'm trying to steal something, because your lack of staffing forced me to use the self checkout. I'm officially done with Walmart altogether because you care more about your bottom line than your customers. SHAME ON YOU WALMART DO BETTER!!

Buyer beware! After years of good experiences with Walmart, I encountered a real hole in their service. I subscribed to their services yearly and frequently have deliveries made to my home. Two weeks ago I purchased $100 worth of groceries that were delivered to the wrong address. I immediately realized, when I saw the photo the delivery driver took, that the groceries had been misappropriated. I contacted Walmart and they began the process of what they said would be a refund. They did refund my delivery fees and tip, but then charged me for the groceries. Upon review they denied my claim because they said that the GPS showed the driver was in the area of my address. It could have been any house in the area. I usually have my groceries delivered to the back door. I don’t live in a good area and I wasn’t about to go knocking. I wish that Walmart teams are examining digital evidence, they would consider the years worth of pictures that have been taken at my actual address and compare them to the picture that was taken on that day.
If you are thinking of using Walmart delivery services, you may want to think twice. There is no guarantee that you will not lose your money if they or their contracted drivers make a mistake.

I appreciate that Walmart is in the neighborhood. I shop here all the time. My constructive criticism as a busy but concerned customer, is that fresh cooked food be kept on the hot meal bar. Further, please offer nutritious options like microwable peas and carrots. The beans are super salty and are so syrupy and sweet. Perhaps, survey customers to determine the want, the options to offer and to let customers know what is coming. Cooking contests are also interesting ways to get information and serve notice. The way it is, is a disease waiting to happen.

I got scammed by I believe a worker here! Bought gift cards and they are the wrong ones…. Had a sticker on the real number and scanned the barcode for the wrong ones the sticker… so whoever has the real card has the money…. I want to know the corporate number or something because to be done this way as a customer is crazy to me.

I'm not a fan of Wally World but their package pickup area is a strong 4 stars. We ordered 2 kids' bikes for a Blue Santa event and I steeled myself for what I thought would be a poop show. Boy was I wrong. There was excellent signage directing me to their dedicated pickup area. I was directed to call them or download their App. I called and a very polite young man took my information and actually thanked me for my business. Within 10 minutes our bikes appeared and I was assisted in packing them into my car. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!

I waited over an hour for a pickup order. Service was terrible. Will not be using this Walmart again.

Dropped vehicle off at 12:00 AM and 3 hours later they told us they could not change our tires. Then they lose our keys and didn't load or assist in loading the tires into the truck. Also being completely disregarded at times and wasting peoples time. i won't come back to allow work to be done at this place because workers are slow and inexperienced

The store has a good, fresh supply of fruits and vegetables. There is also a good variety of dairy product choices. The employees I spoke with to find products were very kind and helpful. As a Super Walmart, it has the regular departments of others: clothing, automotive, grocery, electronics, housewears, etc. I was surprised to see that this store also sells guns and ammunition. This is the first one I've visited that has this opportunity. I like that curbside pickup is available. It is very easy; I've had great service there.

Took 5 hours to get 2 tires then they charged me for warranty I did not approve. Took 30 minutes to get a manager back to automotive who could remove the warranty from the bill. There were only two people working in the shop and one who waited on customers. While waiting for the manager to finally arrive I spoke with a lady who said she had been waiting for her tires since 9:30 that morning and it was now 3:00 pm. The man working the counter was new, by his admission, and couldn't explain what the $28 lifetime balance was and didn't know how to take it off the bill. When a manager finally did show up he explained it was for balancing the 2 tires that they put on the car. Why does it just say "Lifetime free balancing" then and not "To balance the tires you bought?" He explained that they added the extra lifetime balancing for only $2 more per tire as they "thought" I would want that for only and extra $4. If the first man had been able to explain that I would have said OK, but I was so frustrated with how poorly everything went today and the fact that it took 6 hours to get two tires at the LARGEST RETAILER IN THE WORLD, that I told him to refund the difference. I'll never go to the automotive service there again, and that's too bad because we have 3 cars and while we seldom needed service, that's where we used to go. It has really gone downhill lately. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Hi, I am an Anonymous employee. The overnight manager tried to shoo me as though as I was an animal during my shift, telling me to "Get". Her name is "Peggy" and I have not once in my working time met a supervisor like her. I forbid you ask her a question regarding the workplace otherwise she will have a seemingly irate breakdown that makes you wonder if there's something else going on at home. It is no excuse to treat an employee like they're less, whatsoever. Absolutely telling of the Walmart management line and Walmart overall.

They always have what I need. The only problem that I've experienced here is the curbside pickup is very slow.

If I could give a 0 for the stars I would. They have horrible customer service at this location. I spoke with 2 different employees and also a manager and all of them refused to help me. We had purchased a battery from Walmart and it failed. We had the battery exchange and it worked for about 3 months then it also failed again. They refused to give us a replacement or a refund for the 2nd failed battery. They have horrible products and horrible policy about Replacing or refunding products that are no good. I will never shop at that location or any other Walmart location ever again because they have such horrible customer service.

It's ok. Good for last moment needs but I'm not a regular. The clientele provides visual entertainment frequently.
