I’ve bought tires here for both of our vehicles. Last time they told me they couldn’t mount the tires and instructed me to haul the tires they sold me to another store. After refusing to do so they finally took the tires to their sister store the next day.
Today I came to get a tire they sold me repaired under road hazard coverage. The mechanics all walked around for a while and avoided the customers. I went inside to the desk and was told to go back to my car and a technician would check me in. After another twenty minutes of watching multiple technicians avoid the customers again, I went back inside and let them know I’m still waiting. At this point the guy informed me there would be a small charge. I’m still trying to figure out what I bought road hazard coverage for?

On the evening of Friday June 20th at 5:38 pm I came to the service center for help with my 4 tires, they were riddled with screws. ALL FOUR TIRES. AFTER CONFIRMED THEY HAD MY TIRES IN STOCK,
I WAS TOLD TO GO ELSEWHERE BECAUSE THEY CLOSE AT 7PM.
I SAW NO POSTED POLICY STATING SUCH.
THEY SENT A SINGLE MOM BACK ON TO THE ROAD WITH SCREWS IN HER TIRES.
I was tired too. I had been at work all day too. I wanted TO GO HOME too!!! SAFELY!!!!
BUT I WAS DENIED SERVICE!!!!!
For this reason I will NOT spend another dollar at ANY Walmart. I will also implore all of my family and friends to follow suit, until the day I depart this earth.
The manager of the service department was wrong for this. Someone came to you for help and you said no. Ive never experienced such lack in empathy and customer service.
So if you're thinking of using Walmart service center, don't.
Go give your hard earned money to someone else.

I bought perfume and I pay it on cosmetic register…. but while leaving store my stuff got security alarm.. The lady at door said that something is missed to pay…. I was not sure what was that , because I was sure ,everything was paid… later we come to know that it was perfume which was paid at cosmetic counter…
the cashier didn’t take out the security clip from that ….
I was so embarrassed because all the people were looking at me with questions…
Management needs to train their employees well so that they can do their work properly….
we spend our money not for that types of embarrassment…..

A giant store for sure!! I'm sure most people know Walmart, they seem to be and have almost the same stuff it's just a matter of how clean and how well it's layed out that makes the biggest difference. This one has a big, clean, and safe feeling parking lot and area around it that also makes the place seem nicer. It's a decent store.
