OMG, DO NOT USE THE AUTOMOVE SERVICE CENTER! I went in for an oil change yesterday (3-13-24). 1) The old crew is gone, 2) New crew only speaks spanish, with a little english. 3) The oil change checklist is a farse and borders on fraud. They claim to have done many items on the list and they DID NOT! This is potentially a serious safety issue (e.g. checking other fluids and tire pressure). 4) The automotive manager tried to argue these points and other items but I told her that I STOOD RIGHT AT MY TRUCK! She claimed she would go check the video cameras but never came back. OMG, DO NOT USE THE AUTOMOVE SERVICE CENTER!

Warning -- do not purchase money orders from Walmart for online mobile deposits. I purchased money orders from Walmart for decades to mobile deposit my cash with no problems. However, Walmart stopped allowing mobile deposit recently without warning their customers. As a customer courtesy, a simple sign next to the money order ads would have been sufficient to warn me and I would have not purchase it. Also, the salesclerks will not provide receipts, salesclerks are supposed to provide receipts to customers without the customers asking for them, just like an automatic check out machine will print out a receipt without the customer asking for it. To return the money order because mobile deposit is prohibited, I had to wait 10 days to get my refund. Because I was not provided a receipt the store would charge a steep refund fee. This experience shows me the rip-offs and the atrocious customer services from Walmart.

While I do agree that my experience is my own, and do not want to take away from anyone else's foul experiences written about herein, I wanted to say something positive about the people in automotive. I have had many issues with this location concerning service. Many of those issues were due to problems on the IT side which many businesses could say these days if they cared to be honest about their poorly thought out budget planning. The online service for Walmart is poorly thought out and programmed. It causes many serious problems within the physical locations...such as the myth that when one purchases a battery through the online service that there is no core charge. IT's part in this seems to have been that the core charge through the online service doesn't reflect in a notable way following the online purchase. Therefore, if an employee were to view the transaction afterward, there wouldn't be a way to see the core charge as noted though I assumed it didn't need to be pointed out. All that said, I have seen the automotive department go above and beyond what even Walmart provides (sorry corporation that they are) in the way of customer care. The level of humanity and kindness exhibited by Janice, Joseph and Levi are very much appreciated by this customer. I would hope that Walmart would nurture and care for folks like these. They treated me with kindness, respect and as though family. That, at least is my experience. That is also why I have given five stars here. I am not giving them to Walmart which is a plague upon the world. These stars are for the human beings locked inside the powerful jaws of this machine known as Walmart.

Grocery pickup is terrible here. It is delayed every time and they do not notify you it is delayed until the time you scheduled to pick it up. I called to check in and was hung up on.

This Walmart store location is ok if you shop inside yourself or do pick up at the store, but I’ve had huge issues with their delivery service the last three times I’ve ordered delivery- the orders were delayed and communication other than initially telling me the order would be delayed was zero. All three times I had to call/ text to get updates and ended up canceling my order because they could not tell me when the order was going to be delivered. This is no way to run a delivery business and the fact that they did not contact me with updates or could tell me when my order would be delivered is horrible. All three times I was home sick and did not want to leave my house.

They delivered my order to the wrong address. Walmart wouldn’t issue a refund since someone signed for it but they refused to give me any information regarding the delivery driver or the signature. What a complete scam

Don't like Walmart. This is an example in real life. They have more than a dozen self serve registers and a shake down person (wants to see you receipt) on the way out.Makes you feel like you're a thief.

Aside from the facial recognition software they use and constant pestering of employees begrudging looks as well as they fact that they force you to check out with a door clerk after checking out on 500 cameras with multiple employees constantly dragging around like husks, it's a not so bad place to shop. It's like Sam's club but they profile you and waste your time even though there's no contract you signed allowing them to do so. This is a militarized company and 269 stores shutting down wasn't enough. Close more of these please.

Walmart takes off your items that you get that they don’t deliver so they don’t have to give you a refund or deliver it again when you talk to him on the phone about a refund and you didn’t get it

Rude employees and manager! Found a toy that was NOT carried by Walmart that someone had returned. Toy had no box and was in poor shape. I asked Cindy who was standing by the self check out for a price. She could not find one so she got her manager Joshua. He came over and explained it was not carried in store but new on Amazon it was $50. I told him I would take it for $25. He said $35 and I said okay I would think about it. After doing more research on it, I noticed another piece was missing so I went back to Cindy to show her and ask if she would take $20. She said no, that whatever her manager had said before was going to be the price. I said okay and walked away. We were about to checkout with our other items when Joshua came up to us and said "$35 is the final price." I said "okay not a problem but we decided we're not going to take it. We just thought we'd ask 1 more time." He said "well, $35 is fair and that's the final price. Oh and leave Cindy alone." I was shocked. So I guess now you cannot go up to employees and ask about pricing more than once? I was friendly and courteous the whole time, and was just trying to make a deal on a broken toy my kid really wanted. Clearly Cindy should not be working "customer service" if she's going to get triggered with people asking her questions. I told Joshua that he was handling the situation poorly and could have used better wording and tone. He then wanted to start arguing in front of my children, so we left our basket full of stuff and walked out. What a horrible store!!!!

The store has a good, fresh supply of fruits and vegetables. There is also a good variety of dairy product choices. The employees I spoke with to find products were very kind and helpful.
