I stopped by looking for allocated whiskies and had a great experience. Jeff was attentive and very knowledgeable. He was able to give alternatives to some of the items that I was looking for and also helped come up with holiday mixed drink pairings. The store was also neat and well organized! Will definitely be coming back!

Store prices are decent. However their selection and quantities are very dull and limited. Manager Jeff was incredibly rude to me and my husband when asking him questions. I then asked the female employee for assistance and she was just as rude. I was made to feel not welcomed. Three times I've been treated this way so we won't be buying from them again. Costco and WB need to do better on whom they hire as it sucks there!

Avoid it like a plague !
I bought a $ 140 bottle of 1.75 l Cognac and asked for a bag or box and the cashier tells me to carry it in my hand, which I thought was very crude and immature behavior. They shouldn’t put such people behind the counter, who have zero customer service and quite frankly racist.

Bravo! The staff was very nice, super helpful, and they valued me as a customer more than a sale, I truly felt like someone cared for once and it just so happened to be the GM. I believe the GMs name was Gabby, thank you so much!!
