Syeda purposely ignored me even though I was in the drive thru before another car that came after me. After making me wait 30 minutes to get my cash withdrawal, she also gave me the wrong amount. I have had the worst experience here of all the WF banks. I called the personal banker Tanvy and left a message and she didn’t respond for a week. Then she said she was working a different position because they were short staffed. That is not my problem. Then another time I was late for my appointment by 12 minutes which is my fault as I had my 1 year old with me but were unable to accommodate me the same day. They have lack of staff and terrible management. I will NEVER use this bank again and I opened my business account in another bank altogether. I see why they have low scores.

You need to teach employees to behave themselves! While the girl was opening the account for me , she chewed chewing gum for an hour and asked questions about religion , it was not polite!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Alberto Padilla at Wells Fargo when opening our business account. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and efficient. They don't convert change here, the only ATM is in one poorly marked lane of the drive-thru, and the employees are poor communicators. I'm confused why this building exists. Online banking is easier for most things, and apparently HEB is better for cash. Don't waste your time here. Open an account with a banking organization that doesn't make it weirdly difficult to access your money.

If you value your money don't bank here. I was hacked while having surgery. The customer service said they didn't know how to fix that situation. They told me it was my fault, to fill out a form, and they would reconsider it in 6 months. This is a fraudulent company.

Can definitely see why wf has such bad reviews. Can't even get change for my job here. We're neighbors. I've never been a fan of this bank. But this was just mind boggling. I will be talking with my wife and moving cards to a different bank. That whole interaction did not make sense at all.

All I wanted was to be able to get a real person on the phone to ask about a lost card. You guys have fabricated millions of fictitious accounts, have had rampant security problems, are generally a glorified MLM, are barely ever open, produce nothing of value other than profiteering off the backs of everyone in your community doing actual work, provide absolutely bottom of the barrel interest rates for savings, have contributed to multiple economic collapses due to greedy lending practices, and make billions in the process by overleveraging the assets of people you're supposed to be mere custodians for, and you have the jarring audacity for it to be impossible to get a real person on the phone to help with problems. You guys need to wake up and realize why your ratings are literally in the D- range, and start actually having some concern for the quality of your services, and start thinking in the long-term instead of quarterly profits

I had a very pleasant experience with the banker Kristina J. She is the sweetest soul and took her time assisting and listening to me. She explained everything and showed me things on the app and website to help me. I’m going through a difficult time so it was a relief to encounter Kristina. I appreciate her and the staff. Kindness really does go a long way !!!

Update on service: Inside the bank, I've only encountered friendly employees who care about solving whatever issue I have come in to discuss. I believe this to be a solid branch.

Theresa is amazing! As soon as we walked through the door she greeted us with excitement along with the other 3 people in front of us- making everyone feel seen. She handled everyone in front of us swiftly and kindly. Our situation required a little more work than a typical transaction, but she stayed optimistic the whole time. She called to her coworkers for assistance and they happily jumped in to help and resolve the matter quickly. They all made us feel seen and appreciated our business.
