I had the terrible opportunity of meeting Alex (self-proclaimed lead cashier). I purchased one item. It took me additional time to pay for my purchase and leave. Alex was of no help at all. She was a complete hindrance. I do not understand people in customer service who deter people for selfish benefits. She completely wasted my time during our interaction. She needs a thorough review of what service is and is not. The process she stated sounded fishy, but she was disproven in the end. Some people never learn. Management is not for her at all.

Prices are high, and they are regularly out of stock on things in their newsletter. I've never had an issue with customer service though so that's nice. I find that they run out of things quickly in terms of the sales they run in their mail outs. All in all, It's not the best, not the worst. One thing I will say is that sometimes their sales and coupons are SO good, you can get MAD savings. Like you save more than you spend time of thing. It's not always, but when it does happen, it really ends up saving us a ton of money.

Was excited to see that they had hatch green chilies, so I asked them if they roasted and they said yes on weekends. So I went back on the weekend. I went outside to have them roasted, and what they didn't tell me was that they stop roasting at noon, so I bought two boxes that I have to take home and roast myself!!

I've been coming to Randall's around 20years now and have NO complaints. The staff is nice, the store is pleasant to be in, the bakery beats HEB in spades and the florist does also !

You can smell rancid meat as soon as you enter the store. Pork chops were slimy, green and smelled really bad.

I've been coming to this Randalls since I moved to Cedar Park. The store is always clean and the service is consistent. The prices can be kind of expensive, but that's what keeps out the riff raff. Great steak and wine selection. Yummy!

Nadine in the bakery made my daughter a custom birthday cake on only a few hours notice and was just professional and as nice and thoughtful as can be, it's rare to get customer service like that too often these days! I could tell when I called in the middle of it she was hard at work and super busy! The cake looked and was amazing! Thanks Nadine we will be back thanks to you! Hard work should never go unnoticed or under appreciated because good help is hard to find! Thanks for saving the day for my daughter's big 18th birthday!!! I added the decorations but as you can see beautiful work on this galaxy libra themed cake!

These guys don't know what "max fill" lines mean in the "coffin" coolers. Stuff constantly above even the top of the coolers. Once it's above the "max fill" line, it will not cool anything above that well. Once it's above the top of the cooler entirely, it will not cool at all. All of this stuff is supposed to be frozen, the entire top layer is nearly room temp. Multiple managers have told me "it's in defrost, that's supposed to happen". No.... no it's not - I know how a defrost cycle works. I've worked grocery before, if you stick it outside of the cooler it ain't gonna stay cool.

Really disappointing location. I shop here only when necessary since it's very close to home. Here's why: I've found more outdated food on this store's shelves than I've seen at all other stores combined in my life. What's more, this location isn't as clean and organized as others. However, the worst aspect of this location is the abysmal customer service, which can fluctuate from non-existent to borderline hostile. This location feels as though some family lackey manages it and only does so thanks to nepotism. Avoid this store and go a few miles north to the franchise in Leander; it's completely superior in every way.

Hey ! Randall's corporate what the heck are you doing? I had an errand in the same shopping center where this store is located. My wife asked me to pick up two items from HEB but since I was right next to this store, I thought that I could save a little time. I needed American cheese and sugar. I went to the deli counter and stood there for a few minutes and was finally acknowledged by a young man (Apparently a new employee). I asked for 1/2 pound of white American cheese. The man rummaged around in a cabinet for a minute then asked if I had said "Smoked American cheese" to which I replied "No, white American cheese". He then asked 'White or yellow" to which I replied "White". Right at the time he asked what slicer number, some kind of manager approached and asked him if he had been health screened today to which he replied no. The manager then said "You need to get that done now" The guy had already touched the unwrapped block of cheese. I noticed then that the slicer had a pile of other cheese crumbs that no one was wiping up. The manager told another employee to take over for the original clerk but the other employee was walking away. The manager called out to him and the guy turned around and threw up both hands in some kind of gesture that wasn't conducive to customer service. I started to walk away to look for my other item but disgust took over. I told the manager guy that he needed to get his people better training and I left. In thinking about this, I remembered that my first trip to HEB this morning, the parking lot was packed. Randall's had plenty of parking spaces right close to the door. I, of course went back to HEB for my two items and their lot was still packed but I was in and out in eight minutes and both the deli clerk and the cashier were quite pleasant. In thinking back to Randall's deli, It seemed that the employees don't even like each other and they certainly weren't working as a team. While I'm at it, Randall's management, get rid of your stupid pricing. I know that your system is designed to build loyalty but it clearly isn't working. I have heard so many people saying that your prices are too high. I know that if you have the card, you get a discount on mostly everything but how many first time visitors never come back. Management, you have some serious work to do or maybe you are just giving up.

I was recently in this store and they have hired a security person to enforce there mandatory mask policy for customers. However, while I shopped I noticed at least 3 employees without mask and 2 wearing theirs below the nose. Honestly I disagree with a mandatory mask policy and I don't want any employee to be disciplined. However, if you're going to mandate to the customer via a security guard, then make sure your employees lead by example. I like this store for its convenience. I don't like the prices. I've only once experienced poor customer service when a cashier was sharing her political stance rather rudely. Otherwise it's a pleasant location to shop.

Cashier Linda is so sweet, friendly and helpful! I always come to Randall's for the atmosphere. It's very calm in comparison to HEB. This location is very clean and is often times a voting location!

Went here for the first time and signed up for a card online while shopping - don't shop here UNLESS you have a card because it's expensive. I got a few things and it came out to $35 - I put in my phone number associated with my account and it didn't register. Ok. No problem. The cashier looked it up and said she couldn't find it either. I was with my boyfriend at the time, and I asked, "ok - can he get a card then, while we're here?" and she gave me a ton of attitude back saying "Why don't you ask HIM." (?????) She said I could get "reimbursed next time" which I doubted, so I went straight to the customer service desk, frustrated. Thankfully, Isela was very nice and super helpful with this issue and reimbursed me on the spot. The experience unfortunately left me with a bad taste in my mouth as I really wanted to like this store. But as I'm reading reviews - it seems that the customer service issues are typical of this location.
