the store was super small, especially the fitting room, we waited 2 hours for the line, and it was terrible,,, after all there weren’t any cute dresses,,, never going ever again

DONT COME HERE!! The young black girl manager couldn’t even use her brain to snake the dressing room line differently so that customers could actually look at the back long wall of dresses. Several people were walking out and she didn’t care one bit on customer service. Too young to realize what exceptional customer service is and she frankly shouldn’t be a manager.

As for the tailoring and quality.. Look carefully at the pieces you choose before buying. Some of it isn't worth a dime and is poorly made

Had a really disappointing experience at this location. I bought something and realized I didn’t want it moments later due to the quality being poor, but when I went back to return it with my receipt, they told me I couldn’t because I didn’t give them my email at checkout. Then they said the printer was broken and *maybe* I could try again in two weeks before my return window closes. That made no sense, especially since I had the physical receipt in hand, but they kept blaming me for not giving them my email and rolling their eyes.
On top of that, the employees were loudly gossiping about their exes, store policies, and how they wish they could kick customers out right at closing, while people were waiting to check out. After I left, I overheard them speaking negatively about me for simply asking about a return. Super unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I’ve loved Windsor for years, but I don’t feel comfortable returning to the store after this.

I will NEVER buy from this store again! Funky return policy on new with tags some 14 days some 30 days. They start online purchases from when you buy, not when you receive. BEWARE

My little sister, who is 7 months pregnant, came here yesterday (11/15) around 2-3pm, hoping to get a dress ahead of her baby shower in 3 weeks. The workers looked her up & down like they knew she wasn’t going to find anything and were not approachable at all. As she was walking out, she overheard them saying “do y’all see that belly? She wasn’t going to find anything.” ARE YOU KIDDING!? What an awful way to treat potential customers. There’s probably a reason no one has ever heard of y’all

The current manager, Ashley, is completely unprofessional and disrespectful towards the other young ladies working here. I didn’t speak to her directly , but she displayed completely unacceptable behavior towards her coworker while I was shopping!!

The manager Ashley was screaming and being incredibly disrespectful to a great employee, Alecia, who was helping me find a shoe. The whole interaction felt extremely hostile and unprofessional on Ashley’s part. Do not shop here is the manager Ashley is working.

I used to love this store years ago, but then there was a management change and it was terrible. I decided to give it another shot today and met the newest manager, Ashley N. She was awesome and friendly! She helped me order an outfit I saw online and it was a smooth process. All the employees seemed happier and friendlier… who you work with makes a big difference… and even more when you have good leadership… thank you Ashley N. for helping me today. I will start shopping here again!
