Had to fire YD Tax Services over gross negligence discovered during an audit - leaving me with a four figure tax liability for only one year (plus exposure to penalties). Turned out that documents were incorrectly filed (on wrong schedules), filed late or never received by the IRS (despite eFile status) - and the owner offers no proof of transmission. Often had to repeatedly push for a yes/no answer and the owner became frustrated when mistakes were identified.
Upon termination, the owner did not return all company documents, including full ledgers and relinquish access to portals like the TWC. This required for all transaction having to be reentered into Quickbooks again.

I do recommend this company to anyone. YD Tax Services LLC, did an exceptional job at preparing my income tax returns. Prior to having them prepare my taxes, I did research and read many great reviews regarding this company. All of the reviews indicated that this company is outstanding - I concur. Juliana, prepared my taxes. She is professional, accurate, and expedient. She communicated with me on several occasions in order to ensure that all was in order regarding my tax returns. I have recommended this company to my fellow employees.
