Sarah and Rico were so kind and helpful. I needed to exchange a gift I got for my birthday and Sarah spent time learn what I liked and offered so many suggestions and let me try on different things. I needed to stay within a certain budget and she tried a few combinations of things that I liked to see what would work with getting the LPP. I left this Zales so happy and satisfied. Then she offered to clean my jewelry. Highly recommend them.

Gabri and Tajuana were absolutely wonderful! I visited Zales to browse rings and they made the experience so enjoyable. My wife and I visited the Lakeline mall location and were assisted by Tijuana. Our experience was absolutely wonderful! She assisted in us sizing my wife’s wedding ring set and walked us through the process making it so easy to navigate. She was even kind enough to grant us express shipping due to the anxiety it caused my wife to part with her ring. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!
