This store is disgusting.The men's bathroom looks like it's never been cleaned before and the floor in the store was brown like it has never been cleaned either. This place was with out question the worst stop I made on my road trip from Missouri to Texas and back and I'm sure an embarrassment to the town of Celina... and should be an embarrassment to 7Eleven!

Went to use the vacuum by the carwash put my $2.00 in quarters and it doesn't have any suction. So I went inside the 7/11 to get a refund and move on but the guy tells me they don't own the carwash and I have to call the number on the vacuum. Shit service and I just wanted to let other people know not to use the vacuum and lose money.

Awful business. The car wash stopped very shortly after starting leaving soap on the vehicle. I went inside for help or a refund and was told “we do not handle the car wash the Corp office is over the car wash. I emailed 7-11 Corp and they simply replied they forwarded my request for help back to the Celina store.

This is the trashiest worst gas station ever and who ever the lady working today should NOT be working anywhere where she deals with people. She wanted me to get out of the line I had been standing in to scan my own lotto tickets. All but one was a winner and no other gas station has EVER requested this. She was rude in how she asked about it. Not friendly at all!!! You guys lost out on a $400 sell plus gas. Awful place.

If anyone from NYC is feeling homesick, you will have some nostalgia if you decide to use the bathroom here. The smell of urine is just as bad as the metro.

7/8/23 5PM - I am ONLY giving this 2 stars because the Employee working behind the counter was very nice and completely professional. Otherwise, I'd only give it a 1 star. This 7-11 was completely disgusting!!1. None of trash receptacles outside had been emptied. All of them overflowing.2. Upon entry, the store smelled horrible3. There was clutter all over the place, making it a little hard to move around in there.4. The men's room had pi** and over the floor, shi* smeared all over the wall, and on the ouside door frame.This place needs remodel

The gas pump didn't have receipt paper. It may also have just been the worst time to drop in but there was low stock of beverages and the store felt a little run down. They were clearly cleaning and stocking as an employee was on the floor with cleaners and there were a few plastic packaging wraps from 24-pack of waters in the hallway. The cash register didn't have any signs to indicate which register was for checking out and the cashier was preoccupied with what felt like nothing but maybe he was waiting for a response when I walked up and didn't acknowledge the line forming. It wasn't until the people buying alcohol behind me set their drinks down at the active register. Because it wasn't made known prior to this they had to pick their items up after I reached over to start the transaction for my items. I didn't feel like asking for my receipt as I usually do because he had already dismissed me and had moved on to checking out the other people the moment I finished my payment. I did get what I needed and pump some gas at regular price but I will go elsewhere next time.

Bought milk here the 6th, unknown to us it was bad by the 10th. Expiration date says 20th. We’ve been sick for a few days. Don’t buy milk from here.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A 7/11 AS DISRESPECTFUL OR RACISIT AS THIS PLACE. THERE IS NO REASON I SHOULD BE FOLLOWED AROUND THE STORE. THEN WANTS TO OVER CHARGE ME FOR WINGS AND WHEN I ASKED TO A REFUND SHE TOLD ME NO THAT I NEED TO LEAVE. IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Yes the outside does need some cleaning up but the staff is always pleasant and they have made improvements on the gas pumps recently. The challenge with many 7Eleven locations are that a lot of contractors go in with muddy feet and just don't care if the store owners are having to clean up after them on a regular basis.
