Priced ridiculously high，The same quick-drying cement wouldn't cost more than $7 at Homedepot, but they sold it to me for $13.99. I'm really looking forward to seeing how your store's business performs once the Lowes next to you opens.

Price is slightly higher than other options, but consistently the best customer service of any store. I would gladly shop here over the competition.

Above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I was having trouble finding the correct shower cradle for a new home and found everything I needed at this location. The cashier/greeter employee at the front was so helpful and made the process a lot easier. Thank you.

This Ace Hardware is hands down the most impressive one I've ever visited as its beautifully organized, fully stocked, and incredibly inviting. The lighting was bright and welcoming, and the key department team went above and beyond. Although my unique key couldn’t be duplicated, the gentleman at the counter didn’t miss a beat. He kindly directed me to A1-Locksmithing just down the road, showing genuine care and resourcefulness. The team didn’t waste any time assessing the situation, and one of them, Steven, I believe mentioned that the owner also operates another Ace location in Melissa.
To the owner: Your hiring choices are spot-on. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Keep up the outstanding work as your store truly stands out!

Love the local Ace stores and am glad that there is one by us at our new home. Never a bad experience, they have what I need, and love, love the Grill/BBQ section as they have or can get my Egg, Trager and Flat Top needs.

You had something that I needed that I drove for 30 minutes to come and get oh but I couldn't because your website says your close at 8:00 and you guys close at 7:00 why don't you fix that that would help a lot of people out because it wasn't just me they're trying to get in.

They will not accept returns from any other Ace Hardware store, which is disappointing since I bought from an Ace over an hour away. BUT they do have the best selection of screws, nuts and bolts, especially SS.
