My experience at this AT&T store location has been nothing but positive. The manager there, Justin was extremely knowledgeable and attentive.
We came in during the launch of the new iPhone 16 and as you can imagine it was crazy!
Justin, seem to manage the store with ease handling, not only my upgrade (3 phone trade ins) But everyone else’s in a timely fashion.
Just to give you some insight, I live 40 minutes away And made the commitment to drive to the store location because of the service they provide
I will definitely be back!

Jordan and Chris were very patient and helpful. I appreciate you guys taking the time to explain all of our options and help us through the process. If you need face-to-face help from AT&T this location is worth the drive.

I guess I have to give them 1 star to write this review but if it was up to me, I would give them "zero" stars. at&t's sales representative Muhammad Qureshi is a fraud. He made multiple promises about bill credits and other perks from at&t and none of those are happening now. I reached out to at&t customer care online and they said they cannot do anything about it either. so if you are with another service provider in the Celina area, I would recommend you to stay with them and not fall for fake promises made by at&t sales reps who come to your house. I made a mistake and I do not want anyone else to suffer, hence this review.

Worked with tanner today and he met me at the door and was very knowledgeable on everything I asked about. He was very helpful on recommendations and gave me tips on cost effective choices!

Tanner and Julie were absolutely amazing. I had huge issues with my internet. They helped me by saving me money on a better plan and getting my questions answered. 10/10 recommend their help!

If i could give 10 stars i would, i stopped in to see if i could get a better phone plan and upgrade through at&t as my phone has lived its life; i know nothing about phones or companies and Riley was absolutely one of the best customer Representatives I have ever dealt with, she explained everything, helped me and my mother understand differences in plans and pricing, helped me get any deal or better price there was and i left with a better phone and an amazing phone company (or at least she makes it feel amazing) most definitely will be sticking with at&t thanks to her!

Went to upgrade phone today and they will need to order it. I was in for the 15 Plus but that evening my noticed we were put down for just 15. It has been ordered and I hope when i go back up there today to let them know they can fix the issue since the wrong phone was ordered.The help was very good just this little mishap. I will be sure and not open the box since this happen to my wife and didn’t realize and was ended up charging her $50 restocking fee. even though she told them which one.Hopefully a resolution when I go back today.
