They got right to work on the vehicle and has everything done in a timely manner. The car looks great and the additional part was fantastic. “I stopped by Bob Tomes collision to have a trim part put on my Ford edge. It turns out it was the wrong part that Ford sent me, but Rodney was up there and he said let me see if I can get this spot out of the one that’s on there. He took it back, polished it up and it looks brand new. I can’t thank Rodney and the good folks at Bob Tomes body shop for going above and beyond. “I grazed the bottom of my bumper. It was not a big scratch. A white line that was not very visible unless you looked very hard but it was bothering me. Came to CT concepts paint and body. I was warmly greeted by Kody and Richard, who promptly answered my questions regarding said oil change. They were both so kind and professional and treat you as if they’ve known you for years. “I brought my truck in for a transmission diagnostic and really appreciated how George took the time to explain what he found and what the repair would involve. The estimate itself was fair and made sense based on the scope of work.
There was a miscommunication between the shop manager and me about the diagnostic side of things, and since I don’t plan to keep the truck long term, I decided not to move forward with the repair. Even so, the shop handled the situation the right way.
They returned my truck fully reassembled and in the same condition I dropped it off, and went well over and beyond what I expected to make the situation right. I appreciated how everything was handled and would consider coming back if I ever need transmission diagnostics again.”
