I can honestly say that I have not been treated this well by a company before. Their customer service is beyond compare. They truly care about you as a customer and make you feel extremely valued. From start to finish, they went above and beyond in everything they did. I didn't have to worry about a thing or deal with any red tape. Additionally, they followed through with everything they said they'd do. They came to my residence, dropped off a loaner car, picked up my hail-damaged car, and when I got my car back (which they drove back to me) not only was my car 100% repaired, they had detailed it, too, inside and out. It looked brand new! They were extremely friendly and quick to communicate throughout the process. I highly recommend them, both for their service and for their quality work.”

“I stopped by Bob Tomes collision to have a trim part put on my Ford edge. It turns out it was the wrong part that Ford sent me, but Rodney was up there and he said let me see if I can get this spot out of the one that’s on there. He took it back, polished it up and it looks brand new. I can’t thank Rodney and the good folks at Bob Tomes body shop for going above and beyond. “I grazed the bottom of my bumper. It was not a big scratch. A white line that was not very visible unless you looked very hard but it was bothering me. Came to CT concepts paint and body. Jarret popped into the back was back with some paint and sorted me out in less than a minute. Literally in the flick of a finger my problem was solved. I am so glad I came here. Will do so in the future for any paint and body work for my vehicles and will recommend this company to all my friends and family. “LOOK NO FURTHER THANK KWIK KAR PROSPER!!! I walked in today around 2:30 ish and I’m typing this at 3:15, with a fresh oil change! I was warmly greeted by Kody and Richard, who promptly answered my questions regarding said oil change. They were both so kind and professional and treat you as if they’ve known you for years. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, the customer service was Awesome, and along with the Kwikest oil change I’ve ever gotten, I also got some great conversation. 10/10! “I brought my truck in for a transmission diagnostic and really appreciated how George took the time to explain what he found and what the repair would involve. The estimate itself was fair and made sense based on the scope of work.
There was a miscommunication between the shop manager and me about the diagnostic side of things, and since I don’t plan to keep the truck long term, I decided not to move forward with the repair. Even so, the shop handled the situation the right way.
They returned my truck fully reassembled and in the same condition I dropped it off, and went well over and beyond what I expected to make the situation right. I appreciated how everything was handled and would consider coming back if I ever need transmission diagnostics again.”

Clear expectations were set and met, and the communication was perfect.
The partnership with Enterprise was very helpful. They brought a truck to me, so my interruption was mitigated as much as one could ask for.
My truck looks brand new, and the experience was easy and friendly. They even vacuumed it out, so it was better inside and out when I got it than when I dropped it off.
