My paycheck (direct deposit) was not credited to my account over the weekend even though every other person I work with had their money in the bank on Saturday morning.

Yvonne is one of the worst bank tellers I've worked with. She is always extremely rude & slow. I come more than once a week to cash checks that are written out for this bank & she gives me a hard time every single time because I don't have an account with them. I shouldn't have to have an account to cash checks that are literally written out from independent financial. I've never had any issues with any other teller, it's just Yvonne. Going forward, I will avoid this location just to save myself the 30-45 it takes her to cash one check. If you choose to go to this location despite my review, just go inside to avoid long wait times through the drive thru.
