“Big fan of Rob. Communicated well and offered a competitive bid. Shower was originally constructed wrong (By Grand Homes) so Rob gutted and rebuilt using the correct board and membranes. Today we have a very large custom shower that does not leak, was completed on time and for the agreed upon price.”

She physically checked inventory, secured more inventory from the Plano store. She spoke to her manager James, who offered to pick up the remaining pieces in Plano to have a combined delivery. The whole time Taylor was giving me updates via text. It restored my faith in people and these two have a good (GREAT) heart! If we did not live over 100 miles away, I would go and hug their necks.
