I had an excellent experience at Lone Star Vision in Celina, TX! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, which made the entire visit stress-free.
Dr. Malone was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I understood everything about my eye health and vision needs. The team also helped me find the perfect frames, offering helpful advice without making me feel rushed or pressured. They also walked me through my options for the best contact solutions for my eyes.

Everyone at Lone Star Vision was just wonderful! From the front desk to the technician to the doctor to Lynn, the lady who helped me pick out my glasses and fit me for them...I couldn't have asked for a sweeter, more friendly, professional, exceptional staff! I will refer all of my friends and family to Lone Star Vision in Celina. They have my highest rate of approval! Thank you, Lone Star Vision for a fabulous experience last week.

I have been going to this optometrist for a couple years now and I never had any issues until this year and unfortunately it has caused me to leave and find a new optometrist. Back in May, I ordered glasses and I immediately started having issues with them hurting my ears and constantly sliding off my face, which is no fault their’s. They were gracious enough to allow me to exchange the frames out with another pair that would fit me better, mind you the new frames I bought were also around $200 less expensive. I got a call that my new glasses were ready and my husband went to drop me off and I was inside waiting for my glasses for at least 15-20 minutes, which I do not mind waiting, however I would have figured when I got a call that the glasses were ready, they would be ready. The gentlemen helping me with the exchange, had explained multiple times that he was having issues fitting the old lenses into the new frames. Finally I got my new glasses and left happy after about 15-20 minutes. Currently I am interested in getting contacts and I called Lonestar Vision to see what credit I had from the difference of the old frames I paid for and the new frames. After I was told I would get a call back and never did, I called again to get an explanation. Turns out, she said I got “new lenses” and there was also a restocking fee of the old frames and that pretty much ate up my credit.. so I am highly disappointed at 1. I was never told there would be a restocking fee 2. I DID NOT get new lenses, as I should have but yet I’m getting charged a restocking fee of those as well, 3. So the restocking fee just magically equalled the exact amount of my refund. As a person who has lived in Celina for over 25 years, needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My 6 year old daughter had her first vision screening ever here about a month ago. I was never even asked about her eyes being dilated. I grew up having my eyes dilated yearly under the age of 20. Used all the fancy machines they have, spent almost 2 hours there to get the wrong prescription of the worst kind for children, it was too strong. It was during my own eye exam with a different business that she was checked again to find out her prescription was way too strong, multiple points too strong. Children wearing the wrong prescription can increase the progression of refractive errors in children. Please look this up yourselves. The dilation should be standard practice at this place for children to ensure the correct prescriptions are being provided. I refuse to call or bring my child back to allow them to mess up again. The fancy place doesn't matter to me when my daughters prescription was incredibly wrong. Will never be coming back or recommend.

I had been dealing with recurring styes every month for a long time and was eventually diagnosed with blepharitis. After deciding to see Dr. Brantley almost a year ago, I can confidently say it was the best decision I made. Thanks to their expertise and treatment plan, I haven’t had a single stye since. The office is also new and looks very nice, making every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend Dr. Brantley for anyone struggling with eye issues!
