I've been going to this UPS location for 4 years and I have not once had a bad experience - even though the town growth has increased their workload. Everyone is kind, efficient, and helpful no matter the time of day I go in. Last night, I scanned in a package and needed the weight printed on a receipt for proof of shipment after an online sale to protect myself. Unfortunately, the receipt showed 0lbs on my way home and the store was closed when I realized it. BUT I was able to call first thing the next morning, intercept the package, and Andy provided an image of the package + the receipt with the weight on there. This courtesy did not inconvenience him and he went above and beyond what I expected when I called, thinking the package was long gone and if it happen to be lost or stolen, I was out a lot of money. Thank y'all for always providing trustworthy service and keeping the heart of Celina strong in every interaction.

This UPS store location is fantastic. Everyone there is very friendly, courteous and professional. While running these types of errands aren’t always fun, this store location does a great job in creating a positive experience. They even have a bowl of chocolates and candy at the counter for their customers.

Dear UPS, I request you to employ atleast one adult in the store. All the kids with their attitude is not helping at all. The girl who worked on my requests today was really rude.

This location was so weird I was informed that they won’t take my package not sure what was the reason . This location should be mindful and respect everyone . Hope they don’t repeat this to anyone anymore .

So I have been going to the store for a year now and I have had nothing but top-notch service, Top communication, Fast service and a quick turnaround. As a business owner, these are all the things I look for, I’ve used them for a delivery, Yard signs, business cards, flyers, signage to making copies. These folks are great and you should go use them! Andy & crew y’all keep up the great work and thank you for all you do for our business!

The UPS Store in Celina is by far the BEST around for all your printing needs! Whenever I have a personal project or one for my real estate business there's noone I trust more than Andy and his team!
Always completed fast and the quality is amazing! Customer service is top-notch!

This will always be my go to for all my postal and printing needs. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. One of my items was not ready when I came. So to not have me wait or inconvenience me by having to come back, they delivered my order to my job!!! I was blown away by their commitment to customer satisfaction.
