They misdelivered my brother in laws ashes to the wrong house, with a signature. Delivery guy won’t take one step out to put mail in mailbox. So lazy!

The USPS staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. I had an issue locating an important document (my passport) and visited the post office twice for assistance. Each time, they were extremely helpful and patient. I truly appreciate their willingness to help. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I had a Priority Mail package that required a signature. I didn’t receive it the first time and got a delivery notice instead, so I requested redelivery. However, the tracking status stayed at “Processing” for an extended period of time.
When I first went to the post office to check, a staff member told me the package had been returned to the sender after 10 days. But the sender confirmed they never received it back. At one point, the tracking even showed it was “Returned to Post Office,” yet there were no further updates.
Since the status remained unchanged, I visited the post office again. This time, another employee found the envelope—it had actually been there the whole time.
I hope this was just an isolated incident, but it did cause unnecessary confusion and delay. I would recommend improving the tracking system and internal handling procedures.

I have called them a total of about 90 times today.. from 8 am to currently 2:51 pm.. can not get a hold of ANYONE! They have lost my package and this is not the first time!!! Absolute worst!!!!!!!!!

Celina Postal Service package deliveries are the worst ever.I was told a package was left in my mail and there was nothing.
Tried speaking to “Customer Service” while giving my address i was put on to a survey.
What a disgrace.Postmaster should be fired.

One of your drivers hit my trailer over a month ago, and I have heard nothing. Wtf. Why has no one reached out to me? I filed a police report and everything. The old lady quit after that. I have damage to my trailer I need fixed
