“The most unbelievable customer service! I went into the post office looking for my passport, found out it was delivered to the wrong mailbox (no fault of the post office) David immediately called an employee who was on her lunch break and she offered to come back to the store to cover. David jumped in his truck and followed me to the neighborhood and recovered my passport from the wrong mailbox within 5 minutes of me stepping foot into that office. I moved here from a bigger town, and this kind of effort would have NEVER happened there. Blown away at the kindness of this man and his staff. Thank you David!!”
