Ace Hdw of East Texas is the largest Ace Hardware store that many customers have encountered. Located in the center of Shelby County, this store offers a wide variety of products, including standard hardware items, a garden section, lawnmowers, clothing, and china. Customers appreciate the extensive selection and find the prices to be reasonable.
While some reviews mention that staff at the contractor desk may lack knowledge about inventory, one employee has received praise for his helpfulness and expertise, making it easier for customers to locate items. The store is noted for its friendly service, and many prefer it over larger retailers like Walmart and Home Depot.
Accessibility is also a consideration, as the spacious parking lot accommodates handicapped individuals, making it easier for everyone to shop. Overall, Ace Hdw of East Texas stands out as a reliable destination for hardware needs and more, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
I don’t live in the area. However, we have a Fishing Camp on Toledo Bend. For this reason, I need to shop in this store fairly often. This is the best store! Employees are so helpful and always around. I wish we had this store at home! Love it! Great job choosing employees, to the owner!
