Auto Zone quality parts And convenient locations are only two of the reasons I patronize their stores. Others include a military discount that is in addition to other sales and discounts. Purchasing spark plugs for my F-150 that had started miss-firing on all cylinders was the reason for this visit as their current sale on spark plugs blew their competitors away. The store is always clean and their expert automotive parts service employees are helpful and friendly. My F-150 is no longer miss-firing due to its apparently original spark plugs from 2013. Thanks Auto Zone, I'm sure to be back again! There is handicapped parking available with wheelchair accessible entrance. Isle's are cramped for those confined to a wheelchair but you will find them maneuverable. If not, store staff are always happy to assist.

I went by your check engine light diagnosis and with parts and labor this cost me 625.00. Check engine light still on so I again went there for diagnostics. This time they say spark plugs and wires. So another 350 for parts and labor! Do i trust your diagnostics again. The paper I got initally said injectors. Not a possibility of anything else. I feel you all need to reimburse me for the injectors and labor. Tomorrow at 9 am I am going to go to east texas automotive and pay 110.00 for diagnostic. I have your paper work still.

I entered the store at 745 New Year’s Eve to get some aluminum cleaner. The man and woman was talking about hurrying to get off. I said oh are yall trying to close? The said we have five more minutes. I said what I needed and they said you need to go to Napa or tractor supply. I just grabbed a clear and went to the counter to pay. They said they had already closed the register at five minutes before eight. I tried to pay but they were in a hurry and couldn’t help me. I will not be back. Maybe Napa.

My experience at AutoZone yesterday was great. Wolfie and Alfred helped me, and they went above and beyond what any customer could expect. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and made the irritating experience of having vehicle trouble much easier to deal with.
