I have family in the area and have stayed in this hotel every time I visit for years now. The first issue I had was the I called around noon to ask if I could do early check in and that I would be in around 1pm. I get to the hotel and the front desk receptionist looked at me very confused and thought I said I was coming in at 1am. I am pretty confused on how she got that since I started the conversation with saying I wanted to see if I could check in early. I could let that part that go.
What I cannot let go is the elevator. We are going up to our room for the first time and all the sudden the elevator starts making very loud banging noises and starts shaking really bad. We are in there with our kids and it literally feels like we are about to drop 4 floors in this elevator. I have never ever had something like that happen in any elevator in my entire life. I called the front desk and they said the elevator has been serviced and is fine… there is no way. If that is even true, they need to make them come back and actually fix it. Luckily I am only staying 1 night and will be taking the stairs for the remainder of my trip. This hotel has just gotten worse and worse throughout the years.
Moving forward I’m staying at the Holiday Inn down the street!

Don’t come here unless you enjoy awkward interactions with sketchy looking people. Perhaps you’d appreciate walking to your room and running into a guy with no shirt on and his pants down. Or maybe you’d like to chat with the gentleman laying in the stairwell when you’re on your way to breakfast. In addition to those highlights, our key didn’t work, the room smelled like shrimp, and all of the water fountains were either not working or the filters needed to be changed. Will not be back.

Clean and quiet with very friendly staff. Decent location with a few restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend

Let me start with the good: the receptionist was lovely and got me checked in quickly and with a smile. The beds were comfy, and the shower was hot—although it had the water pressure of a tired sigh. The shampoo and conditioner bottles? MINIATURE. Like, Barbie was probably mad about the portion size.
Now, the not-so-charming part…
I was instantly greeted by a large dead tree roach on the floor when I walked in. Nothing says “welcome” like a crunchy reminder not to put your luggage on the ground. I clutched my bag like it was a newborn and thanked the universe it was only a one-night stay. I did not come here to bring home any freeloaders.
Then came the towel incident. Let’s just say there was a stain—I’ll leave the debate to CSI as to whether it was blood or something worse, but I know a housekeeper saw that when folding it and still thought, “Yeah, this’ll do.”
Breakfast? Don’t count on it after 7:45am. By 8am, the buffet had been trampled by what looked like an army of muddy work boots. Mud everywhere in the lobby, nothing was replenished, and no staff in sight to clean or restock. I gave up and went to McDonald’s where at least the hash browns were hot and trauma-free.
Overall: nice staff, cozy bed, but cleanliness and care were not part of the package. Won’t be back—unless I’m filming a horror short called “The Roach and the Stain.”

Everyone we met was kind and pleasant. We were greeted often by the front desk when we came and left. Yeah there were a couple on there phones that couldn’t be bothered but it didn’t change things. Very well ran hotel.

I checked into another hotel locally (the Hampton) and after switching rooms multiple times I decided to switch hotels. When I arrived it was very late and Tonya at the front desk welcomed me and made sure that everything was set up quickly. The room was nice and cool and very clean. Thank you to Tonya and the friendly staff for the great customer service and going overboard to make sure I was taken care of so late.

I enjoyed my stay! There were a few hiccups but it was resolved with such grace and in a timely fashion that it made me experience great. I appreciate Trina and the general manager for all they do!

Had roaches very bad! & when we tried to get a refund the lady had horrible customer service and was overall rude . Do not recommend this hotel .
