Took my computer in for repair over 3 months ago. Still haven’t heard from him and he never answers phone or returns my calls. Think I will have to take him to court to get my computer back so I can take it to someone who can fix it. Beginning to think he is a scammer. Very poor customer serviceOk this Dec 14 after many attempts to contact Tim I believe he blocked my number so it won’t even ring. I just want my computer back so I can get it to someone who has enough knowledge to fix it. Still haven’t heard anything back guessing he just stole my computer now is Christmas .

The Owner, and members of Planetary IT have always been VERY helpful, VERY respectable, and honest people. I have never had any negative contact with them. I wish more businesses operated this way and put the customer first!
