“Absolutely a 5-star experience every single time I come here. The lady manager is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. She takes the time to answer questions, recommend products, and make sure every customer leaves satisfied. The store is always clean, organized, and fully stocked, which shows how much pride she takes in her work. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service are the main reasons I keep coming back. Definitely one of the best smoke shop managers I’ve ever met.””
