“I am still in shock and awe. I had a negative experience with my 2 cats at a different veterinary facility a couple years ago. They insisted I drug my cats if we ever went back. This one, however, recommended we come in and just see how they do. And thanks to the patience and understanding of the staff, they both did wonderfully. They let my cats exit their kennels on their own, kept them in a private room with me present as they treated them, and handled them professionally. I cannot thank the reception, tech, and vet enough for being so incredible to my girls and I. It was such a great experience, and if we weren't about to move then I would make them our permanent go to. 10/10, very highly recommend!”
