This is a great gas station with clean bathrooms and great gift shop. We love checkers as well, very fresh food and always hot. This location is leas crowded than the Buckees and we stop here every time on our way to Houston or from there.

Absolutely disgusting. No water pressure on the faucets to wash hands. No paper towels available to dry hands. Only a few working toilets and even those don’t flush.

Had to stop for the restroom. This was on 4/3/2024 around the 3 or 4 o'clock. Restroom was clean. If I stop to use the restroom, I buy something. There was nobody else in the store - so they weren't busy. Got 2 snacks. 2 girls were at the checkout, 1 on her phone touching it while talking to the other. I went up, no greeting, no looking at me. Grabbed the items and scanned them. Didn't say the the total, just stood there. I guess they expect you to lean over to the credit card thing to read it. I thought it was high. Was over $8. Gave her money, she gave me my change. I looked at her & she finally said, "Have a good day." I put my change in my pocket. Took it out later & she didn't give me a receipt. So, I couldn't even look at what those items were priced. There is a reason people go to certain locations & it is customer service. Buccees is a prime example. I know they are not that huge, but still. Even if you hate your job, you still need to be professional. The lack of customer service & the no receipt is a red flag. This means I won't go there again. *Update, they did read & reply on this. Good sign & I hope they get their team members trained up.

Hello everyone, stopped to eat here because we haven't had checkers since relocating from Louisiana and wanted a taste, right off had bad service, stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone actually acknowledged me, made eye contact several different times still no one took my order, the manager came in and to tell the front counter cashier to take my order, and when I asked for fresh fries the young lady an attitude, smh I'm spending my hard earned money so I should get what I asked for, eat here at your risk, that was my first and last time, be safe everyone God bless God is Love
