“Not only do they communicate with their customers, they will go above and beyond without being asked. Our battery died while up there. Not being able to charge or save it, they took it upon themselves to go grab one at auto zone (thankfully under warranty) and change it out for us. Highly recommend, ESPECIALLY over Joe Hudson a few doors down. Worst 2mo+ experience with any business. And Calibur didnt lose any vehicle parts!!!

When we arrived Elizabeth and Ryan took the time to walk out to the coach and go over each item needing attention and took notes. Communication was excellent. They would touch base at least once a week to let us know where they were with repairs and if there were any issues. JB did an excellent job! Our coach was repaired in a timely manner!
