“Had some work done at a Loves Speedco in Oregon and started getting ABS lights right after that. Took it to another Speedco and told them that I thought the previous shop did something wrong. They checked it out and could not find anything. I brought it to Accelerated Diesel and they found the problem, got it fixed in a timely manner and charged me a fair price. Everybody there was courteous & professional. I do recommend them, and I for sure will be back.”

“Let me just start by saying the owner of this shop is AMAZING! I was looking for a body shop that could fix some damage done to my rear liftgate on my Escalade.... I had gotten about 7 estimates from local body shops in the Tyler area and K & H gave me the best bid so I decided to give them a try! I had received two different estimates from Ray, giving me two different options on how I could go about fixing it. He could repair the damage for one price (much cheaper) or he could order a brand new door and paint it for me. I decided on repairing the damage rather then replacing the door to save $600.... there was a misunderstanding which was completely my fault and so after about 2 days in his shop he called and said it was ready! I was so excited about how quickly he had it done and went to pickup my vehicle. It looked beautiful, even better then the original... I was very impressed! :). BUT.... he then handed me the bill and I quickly realized the price of his work and all materials including a NEW DOOR was not the price I had expected. He had replaced the door instead of patching the door (which was fabulous) but not what I had intended to be done just because I really needed to save the extra $600. As soon as Ray realized my misunderstanding he said "Jessica its no problem at all, I love what I do and Ill make a little bit still.... so just pay me for the repair estimate instead and it'll be great!" WOW. I was blown away and in tears. He went WAY above and beyond what I expected he would have. (Most shops I'm betting would have still wanted their money) Ray was SO understanding and kind and didn't even flinch about eating the $600 he very well deserved for his work, material and time. This man was amazing and God sent at a time that I really couldn't afford much. He has certainly earned my business FOREVER.”

“Bought a brand new Volkswagon Taos here. One of the doors rattles with back wave from the speakers. Some of the team was unsure who to ask or send me to fix this. One of them said they wouldn't help at all.I was directed to the wrong Call number, which in turn escalated my situation further than it had to be. After multiple days of calling different people and eventually having to speak to VW customer care. They agreed to work with me and fix the Back wave coming through the speaker housing rattling the door.Overall they worked with me on my issue, my review would be 5 stars if I wasn't redirected to 3-5 different people before the dealership finally agreed to fix my issue, that could have been resolved the day I took it in for the specific problem.The majority of the team was down to earth and willing to work with me. However lack of knowledge, or experience for who I should have talked to about fixing this I believe was the downfall here. Seeing as my issue could have been solved the original day I took it in for service, instead of a week, and 5 phone calls to different levels of the company later.”
