“Very comprehensive on Subaru’s. Alignment, Tires and check out work done by Dee’s Auto Body in Mineola. Dee’s did good work but would not work on things they missed even though I pay for the extra work they missed. Photo is what original damage was.”

“I got into a small accident in a parking lot that messed up my bumper, fender, and headlight. After calling around, Eduardo had the best prices and was the most customer friendly business. When I got to his shop I walked him through what all I needed fixed and shortly after he gave me an estimate. Throughout the process, he also found other things that the car needed and informed me about it, and in the end my car came out excellent. I 100% recommend Pro Tone for any body-work needs!”

When we arrived Elizabeth and Ryan took the time to walk out to the coach and go over each item needing attention and took notes. Communication was excellent. “Impact did a fantastic job on my new radio/dvd player and remote start. I do feel like there could have been more communication regarding what I had initially asked for. I wanted the rear tvs replaced as they are almost 20 years old. I had my husband call and check on the vehicle and the shop didn’t seem to know I wanted the drop down screens replaced. I called the next day to clarify and was told it would be about $850 each and we had two. It was left at “if they don’t work replace them” got home and the rear screen had lines all through it. I just wish I could have known before it was brought home.”

They answered and gave us the customer exactly what we walked in and asked for no questions asked. Other placed only cared about insurance info.
