“Not only do they communicate with their customers, they will go above and beyond without being asked. Our battery died while up there. Not being able to charge or save it, they took it upon themselves to go grab one at auto zone (thankfully under warranty) and change it out for us. Highly recommend, ESPECIALLY over Joe Hudson a few doors down. Worst 2mo+ experience with any business. And Calibur didnt lose any vehicle parts!!!
Update jan 21, 2026. This time the communication wasnt great towards the end. Went to pick up, but had to leave it another day because the tech didnt check everything after reassembly.”
“Mike is extremely professional and kind. I had an appointment for 2:00 and Mike was there, ready to quickly complete the estimates for the repairs. He completed professionally written estimates within minutes. Mike also buffed out scratches at no cost. I wouldn’t use another repair business in Tyler because of Mike’s wonderful work today. “Very comprehensive on Subaru’s. Alignment, Tires and check out work done by Dee’s Auto Body in Mineola. Dee’s did good work but would not work on things they missed even though I pay for the extra work they missed. Photo is what original damage was.”
“They have rebuilt two alternators and a starter for me over the last 15 to 20 years. All have worked great for me. Their work and service is excellent. Even if it cost me more money, I would rather give to them, than buy a new one. They're simply good and knowledgeable at what they do.”

“Impact did a fantastic job on my new radio/dvd player and remote start. I do feel like there could have been more communication regarding what I had initially asked for. I wanted the rear tvs replaced as they are almost 20 years old. I had my husband call and check on the vehicle and the shop didn’t seem to know I wanted the drop down screens replaced. I called the next day to clarify and was told it would be about $850 each and we had two. It was left at “if they don’t work replace them” got home and the rear screen had lines all through it. I just wish I could have known before it was brought home.”
“We took my dad's truck to be looked at after going to other locations that gave us terrible customer service. After maybe 30 min we decided this shop would do the work. They answered and gave us the customer exactly what we walked in and asked for no questions asked. Other placed only cared about insurance info. Morales Paint & Body finished the work in less than a week and looks perfect. I would highly recommended them and they are a local business. I will be using them again for my other cars that need a paint job.”

“I stopped by to grab parts that were placed on hold for me inner and outer tie rod ends they only had 3 of the 4 parts and I was certain my car wouldn't be able to drive to another location that had the 4th part in stock and an employee named Joe said he was getting off work in 5mins and he would personally drive to the other location to grab the part for me.. He went above and beyond when he didn't have too and for that reason alone I'll be conducting my future business with this location moving forward. I suggest you do the same if you want someone who will care for your needs in the same manner..”
