Pharmacist could not or would not answer a simple question about my prescription. All I wanted to know is whether it is safe to take two medications I had been prescribed together. He tells me in a smart mouth voice I needed to ask the person that prescribed it. He didn't have to give me the long drawn out explanation, to my question, just is it safe or not.

This has to be the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. After moving to the area we decided to start using them. That was a mistake. I understand being short staffed but sometimes that excuse doesn’t work. I’ve given them grace way too many times. When I call and ask if my prescription is ready and you tell me it will be ready in 45 minutes, then my husband shows up to get it two and a half hours later and you tell him 45 minutes. ? what is really going on? Time to move our business elsewhere. And if you don’t just have free time and don’t mind waiting hours in pain for your rx I would suggest doing the same.

the last three times I've been to the store the prices on the item in the aisle are in the cooler we're different then when I went to check out. if I wouldn't have been watching I would have paid sometimes up to $4 more for an item. you can say it's the change of an ad but this wasn't a change of an ad I went to get frozen vegetables and they were supposed to be a $1.29 and they rung up $4.79.if you shop here make sure you know the prices you are suppose to pay or you will pay more. I will say they apologize and change it however not everyone watches the prices.

If I could give zero stars, I so would. Not only do you have to wait like an hour to get your script, they have given me the wrong script several times. I hate this pharmacy, the only reason why I use it is bc it’s close. They really be hiring just anybody to work there. I swear my toddler can work better than the people there.

I have been using brookshire's Pharmacy in Chandler for a while. The best person that works up there is an employee named Morgan if it wasn't for her I believe that the heart of that Pharmacy would pretty much be null and As of the past 2 weeks they've hired on a new pharmacist. This guy is younger, sarcastic, difficult just in conversation, does not work well with others and way more incompetent than the old man that did work there. I would recommend absolutely change your Pharmacy to Copeland's in Chandler because they know how to treat their patients they keep a strong relationship with the customers that they care for. Brookshire's in Chandler Pharmacy is the worst Pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. And with that I will say Copeland's is a better choice and it took less than 5 minutes in and out with all medications ready instead of the 30 45 minutes and more at brookshire's. Brookshire's also in the pharmacy department that is has now had prices go up per se the pharmacist to outrageous amounts on medications just since this new pharmacist has started working there.

Very polite, knowledgeable staff. The drive thru line moves relatively quick for a pharmacy and I didn't feel like I was being judged for my illness/disease. Will definitely recommend this particular pharmacy to all my friends and family and, as long as nothing changes, I will be a loyal customer for life.

Out of jalapeños! Poor selection of items! Very disappointed in you today. Needed fresh jalapeños today. Drove to Brookshires to get some. I get there and there is not ONE fresh jalapeño in the store! I asked the produce guy who said they would have some on the truck in about an hour! An hour? I drove 10 miles to get a common item and you’re out on a Sunday afternoon. This was my dinner plan and I was plenty irritated about this. I continued to inquire about why there was not any! The produce guy said the local restaurant probably bought them all. If this is true, this extremely POOR customer service! I understand they have a right to produce, IF they order it ahead of time. It should not be allowed for them to buy every single last item on the shelf! I told him they needed to go to Sams Club next time. I ended up with pablanos, and I sure hope they work! Gripe number two. Not one package of your $2.99 ground Chuck on the shelf. I had to go ring the bell and ask them to bring some out. They evidently had plenty in the back. Gripe #3. Can you PLEASE make a keto friendly section in the store. Or at least stock more keto items with other options. Yes you have some. But I can’t find any chips or crackers or bread, cake mix etc that are keto friendly. There are cheese snacks and crackers made out of cheese and veggies that are low carb. Stock them! Keto cookies and other snacks would be much appreciated. Walmart has tons of options evidently but I despise that store and I don’t want to drive all the way to Tyler just for keto options! Millions of people are on this diet and we would all appreciate keto items! Gripe #4 is plain diet lemon Lipton tea in a 6 or 12 pack just not available? We don’t like peach and green tea. Plain ole diet lemon tea is what we want! Would you please stock it! My poblano poppers better be good or you owe me a gift card for ruining $20 worth of supplies making what should have been jalapeño poppers! Ughh. Grrrrr!
