These people are very professional and honest. They did the work we needed in a timely manner. We always hope we will not need to have repairs but if we we're ever in their area and need repairs we would not hesitate to go to them again.

I went in to get my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 RH lower control arm replacement done. After inspection the grease nipple for lower ball joint wasn't installed, with that not installed no grease was put in ball joint. Only 1 of 2 bolts was installed on the shock that bolts to control arm. The plug that controls my shocks stiffness wasn't plugged back in. I will not be taking my cars up their again. I won't even take it up there for them to fix the issues that should have done. I'll do it myself like I should had don't I. First place.Edit: I can't even install lower shock bolts because it's stripped out! Very nice! NOT!

So I've waited a few days to cool down about this. Here's what happened. My truck needed a timing set replaced. It was well overdue. I got the set, tried to do it myself, ran into a a few issues. I could have figured it out, but I couldn't afford to have it down long enough for me to figure it out. I had it towed in 90% of what needed to be disassembled, disassembled. The finished it and got it back to me. Told me the fan clutch and idler pulley needed to be replaced. I didn't have the money, and I can do those myself. Picked it up and it over heated before it got home. I chalked it up to the fan clutch, and next pay day replaced the clutch and pulley. Now the definitely needed replacing, felt like sand paper and sounded like radio white noise. This is where they get the 1 star. When I took the pulley off I saw they'd left a bolt out the tensioner indexed on. Wasn't a big deal to me considering the state I handed it off to them in and easily fixed when I replaced the tensioner. However. After replacing the clutch, which probably did need it, the truck still over heated. I drained the coolant not knowing if the thermostat or water pump had went out. Turns out it was neither. They installed the thermostat backwards. When I took it off, I thought it was wrong so I checked parts diagrams online, checked youtubes, they all agreed it was backwards. I called Ellis and they attempted to tell me it only went one way. They said "well bring it back well fix it" uh, I already did. And they continued to argue with me that the thermostat only went one way.
